Loved this condo. It was my grandsons ( 11 months old ) first trip to the beach and it was a memorable one. The condo was convenient to the beach , just steps with private entrance. The condo had everything we needed.

For being a pet friendly stay, this was one of the cleanest Vrbos I have ever stayed at. Truly immaculate, and no hint of any other animals ever having stayed there. Responsive host, and an easy walk to the beach!

This condo exceeded all our expectations. Plenty of room for 4 people. From the moment we walked in, the place was spotless, smelling fresh, had plenty of natural light and direct views of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. Some reviews had mentioned the view being partially blocked by one of the palm trees but it was not an issue for us. The pool was crystal clear and the entire property is well maintained. The walk to the beach took less than two minutes via the private boardwalk. The kitchen has everything you need and having a full size washer and dryer is so much better than the small stacked units found in some rentals. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was a breeze with the smart lock code. If you are debating whether to book this unit—do it. We are already planning our return trip!

Nice beach view clean pool great my best friend got to come with us. Just wish grand strand would let leashed dogs on beach all day. At least surfside beach. But we got up early and walked the nice beach until she had to get off beach 10 am and went back after supper

I’m sorry for the inconvenience with the leash laws on the beach, but that’s out of our control. Not sure why that would affect our ratings.

Very impressed with the property and the cleanliness. Also the property location was exactly what we needed. The only thing we would suggest is in the master bedroom- the bathroom toilet needs caulking around the bottom because it moves! Thanks for the lovely experience!!!

This is just a perfect place for a small family or two couple. Beautifully decorated, clean and a view to die for. Host was very responsive...we had to delay our trip 2 days due to ice storm. I messaged Brandon and he just let me move it. I would for sure rent this again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Property was wonderful and clean. The condo was amazing. Very clean and comfy! We stay the week of July 4 we enjoyed to golf cart parade. We definitely would book again.

We had a great time. The condo was just as pictured and very clean. I had a couple of questions and the owner responded right away and answered all questions. The palm trees block the view so I would suggest trimming those if possible. I would highly recommend staying here!!!
