Beautiful and fun, solar powered 2,460 square feet home with ocean views from every room. Short walk to Doheny Beach and Dana Point Harbor and a shorter drive. You may not want to leave the house though because inside you will find beautifully made, comfortable beds with soft, white sheets plus each bedroom has its own full bathroom with bidet. All bedrooms are downstairs and entry and living areas are at ground level.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, French doors which open to a secluded, natural, tree-lined and ocean view deck. The master bath features a jetted spa tub, a separate commode area, large shower and a walk-in closet with chaise lounge. Also in the master is a faux fireplace/heater with a flat screen HDTV above and an alcove with chairs and table for having your morning tea or coffee. The West-wing bedroom next to the master has a remarkable ocean view with French doors opening out to the deck where you can sit on the stools at the rail bar with ocean view or lounge on the modern deck furniture on those warm summer nights. This bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed made with clean white sheets, farmhouse decor and its own full bath; the room can double as an office as it includes a desk and chair, as well as USB ports and unlimited Wi-Fi. The East-wing bedroom at the opposite end of the hall is spacious and light with ocean breezes, a pine queen canopy bed with linen drapes, fresh white tucked sheets and duvet/comforter, along with a faux fireplace, and a full bathroom, which makes this a haven from the world.

The laundry room is located on this level behind two closed doors to keep the noise confined when washing clothes. You will find clean, freshly washed sheets, towels and beach towels in each bedroom closet. Also provided are: paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, games, DVDs/VHS movies, tennis racquets, beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, wagons, cooler and more.

French front doors of the house open to panoramic ocean views, pool table and the living area. The comfortable sofa is nice for relaxing around the fireplace, with white birch logs, while listening to music. The 7ft pool table in the living room doubles as a dining table after placing the waterproof cover and dining top on, for those times you may wish to dine inside instead of on the upper deck at the 8 seater teak table with fire pit and outdoor heater or at the six seater kitchen island.

The gourmet kitchen adjacent to the living room makes it easy and enjoyable to cook with ocean views and access to the deck. The kitchen has a table for six, stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster oven/dehydrator, coffee/cappuccino maker, Ninja blender/food processor, glassware, table setting for 12, and the list goes on. You can cook a scrumptious meal, have a family BBQ on the open-air, sunny deck (with umbrella, table for 8, BBQ, Tommy Bahama Cooler, and lounge) or, if you like, relax, let someone else do the cooking and order take out as everything is close by. Additionally, you can drink the water directly from the tap as it is purified by the whole house water purification system.

On the same level, the theater features a 65 inch HDTV for movies and shows, and everyone will love the 450 game classic 80’s arcade cocktail table with Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Asteroids, Frogger, and more. The French doors in the theater lead to the outdoor deck surrounded by nature.

The driveway out front has space for parking two cars. The yard has a dedicated doggy area. In the garage there is checkered tiled flooring, a ping pong table, a workout area with weight bench, weights, yoga mat, and stretching bands, a sofa for lounging, a HDTV with DVD player, and a gaming table and chair for setting up your laptop and playing video games or surfing the net.

Nearby, there are so many things to do, like load the pull wagon with the cooler, beach chairs and towels and stroll down to the beach for some leisurely sunbathing or boogie boarding at Doheny Beach. You can catch the half/full day boat for deep sea fishing at the harbor, or explore Laguna Beach tide pools, visit Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Sea World, Legoland, San Diego/Los Angeles Zoos, art museums, botanical gardens, Queen Mary, Hollywood or just hang out because there’s just as much fun to be had at the house.
