This is an updated condo. Step in shower in master bedroom. Tub/shower in 2nd bathroom. View of beach from bedroom and living room. Fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy. End unit on 8th floor. Comes with washer and dryer. Lookout directly on beach enjoy coffee in the morning watching the marine life!
I love Regency Towers so much we ended up purchasing another.. Parking fee 40.00 per car per stay

the only downfall was the repair work to the condo's during the day there was a lot of noisei know the owners have no control over thatthe condo was very clean, the furniture, towels, chairs on the balcony were all very nice, great kitchenwould for sure stay there again

Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean with easy access to the pool and beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Contacting the owner was simple and she helped with all the questions I had! We definitely plan on coming back!

Great location

We have stayed at RT before but never with a view of the beach. Perfect view! We loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. This was the perfect time of year as we had great weather. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway or small family.

Just relaxing at PCB

Wonderful place right on PCB with amazing views of the gulf. This relaxing getaway has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. We appreciated the end unit with its beach/sea decorated rooms and privacy. Host was responsive to questions/concerns, prior to and during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.
