Susan was great. Clean and courteous I do have new hair dryers. as for toiletries I don't stock these items . But I do have starter items for the kitchen.. Susan was a wonderful guest.

Many times I do not meet the families traveling to my homes But this time I met Michael, Marian and Don. What a classy and professional family who came to St Pete for a wedding. My home looks like the way they rented it so clean and left in perfect condition. I would definitely rent to the Pratt family again Elaine Owner

I want to make note that Karie did not rate the communicate. I text her, called her, and sent emails maybe this was an oversite. As I communicated the whole time she was there, and walked her thru check in. As for the layout of the home I have on the site semiprivate an I also did make Karie aware when I called her before check in how the bedrooms are located in the home. What surprises me I always tell every traveler before they arrive to be sure they understand the layout. I have been renting this home for 18 years and I am a super host on many sites. Seems to me that travelers should realize the layout as my communication with all travelers is extensive and detail. Elaine

I rented my home to Rosalie and 9 of her friends for her bachlorette party. I let them check in at noon , normal check in is 4;00 I also allowed them a late check out . I spoke to her, text her and through out her stay I text on Friday Saturday no response back . I have maintained a 5 star rating and to be given a 4 star rating when I use all proceeds to care for my 92 blind mom costs $6000.00 a month. I am saddened that this was over toilet paper.. In response to this traveler. I have been renting this home since 2004 , the pictures are clear that the bedrooms are semi private. You can also see that the court yard is semi private. In fact my description does state this and you can rent this home and bundle the two homes together , so why would someone not understand that the court yard is shared? When this traveler arrived they immediately wanted their full money returned I offered the return in full of which my policy is no return . After 1 hour of abusive language , and insults and threatening me they were attorneys,they then stated they did not want me to refund the full monies as they said they could not find a place to rent, so they demanded a credit I refunded them $575.00 which they rented this home under $100.0 a night . They rented this home very below pricing as this home is located in the Old NE St Pete area. They then changed my wireless rotor to make the code THIS IS FRAUD.The guests in the guest home which are staying in the guest home for 3 months had to use this till we called in the cable company.My Guests in the guest home are very happy and will be leaving a 5 star review, in fact they wanted to call Home Away and complain about these travelers. This game they play to get discounts is very bad, and I would never rent to them. I never had any issues with this home in 14 years and this is just a set up. The fact that I have to explain this is just another slap in my face. My home is very nice, I have a 50% and more return reservations, I have 3 other homes all on Home Away for 14 years no issues , not one bad review, until this incident. I offered to refund all their monies as I really should have followed my intuition they convinced me that they were happy after the credit and shook my hand and said they would not do anything to the home. This is so bad , and unethical and Karma takes a circle this review will never hurt my ability to rent this home. Elaine
