Conveniently located only minutes to the Noroton Heights train station & Darien Commons shopping. Directly across the street from one of Darien's many beautiful open parks, and just a brief bike or car ride to both Pear Tree and Weed Beach. Enjoy a fully-furnished, classic ''original open design'' including:
- If renting for the month of August, a very reasonable car rental with beach sticker and kayaks stored at Pear Tree are available to use! Message for details.
- Heating and central air
- Sun porch with wicker furniture that can be used with a space heater on cold days
- Outdoor deck with Weber grill
- Dining room with expandable dining table and living room with comfy sofa, chairs and mounted LED LG TV
- Kitchen with island and stools as well as stainless steel appliances
- Three separate bedrooms currently configured as two children's bedrooms and a primary bedroom. Queen pullout sofa in the finished part of basement can be used for another 1-2 guests.
- Downstairs office with private walk-out entrance and large windows for ample light.
- Downstairs laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and additional office set up.
- Lower level also includes tons of room for storage in the unfinished half
- Spacious backyard with level playing area

Great stay for family
I spent 5 nights here with my husband, mother in law and 4 month old son over the holidays. Kipp was extremely communicative from the second we booked. The house was perfect for our needs and the location was fantastic. It’s located in a lovely & safe neighborhood and close to downtown Darien and the highway. They even left their Christmas tree up for us which added to the cozy home feeling! Would highly recommend!

Smart home lighting, multiple office hookups for today's work-from-home environment, extremely nice neighbors! We also have the option for an affordable car rental for an aged, but well-running, SUV that has served us well over the years!
