This house was designed as an art gallery in the countryside.

It combines the charm and calm of the countryside while being only 12 minutes on foot, or 3 minutes by car from the very well-stocked village (bakeries, pharmacies, press, organic supermarket, market gardeners, etc.) of Robion. It is also 9 minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue (7km) with its weekly farmers' market and its many bars, restaurants and antique shops.

The house has a living room with a fireplace, a TV, a dining room with its veranda that can open completely overlooking the swimming pool.

Two terraces a small side pool and a larger overlooking the wooded garden. Three bedrooms, one equipped with a 160cm bed and TV - a second bedroom has a 140 cm bed - a third small bedroom with a 90 cm bed. All on a surface of 100 m².

For families with young children: the pool does not have a security barrier but simply an alarm. Open from Mai 15 to October 15.

The site will be suitable for athletes, especially cyclists with the cycle and pedestrian path which goes from Cavaillon to Apt and crosses all the Luberon just at the end of my path when leaving the house, the Mont Ventoux and tennis lovers with a communal court 5 mns away, art lovers and history lovers with the numerous archaeological and medieval sites and numerous summer festivals of the region (Avignon, Arles, Aix, Orange, Vaison, la Roque d'Antheron, etc.) as well as the gastronomes who will appreciate the farmers' markets and the visit of the neighbouring Côtes du Rhône estates (Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, etc.).
