We’ve owned this apartment since late 2020. It was a dream come true for our family. We completely renovated it. It’s 46 m2. It faces south and has windows on both sides. Located in a luxury beachfront residence with a supervised pool, you won’t have to cross any roads or paths to get to the beach or the pool—the residence is right on the sand! The residence is secure. The apartment features a living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine), a bedroom with a 140-cm bed and an adjoining balcony, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a window, and a bathroom with a toilet (hair dryer provided). Sleeps 4, therefore.
Apartment located on the 3rd and top floor; no lift.
2 reversible air conditioners: 1 in the living room and 1 in the large bedroom.
The small balcony adjoining the bedroom allows you to dry your beach towels in complete peace.
A pristine beach away from the summer crowds
It’s also a real treat to be able to step outside and walk barefoot to the beach, and leave your towel there while you have lunch.
This residence is unique for its atmosphere—with a real beach vibe, plus pétanque, volleyball, a pool, and playgrounds… all right in the residence.

In the summer, every week from the beach, you can enjoy the fireworks display in La Grande Motte.
