An open kitchen, fitted and equipped with an American fridge/freezer, an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker and Nespresso small capsules and a dishwasher.

Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds opening onto a balcony, a bedroom with 2 single beds with a pool view. Bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower. Separate WC.
On the garden level, two bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed. Shower room with WC.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
Outside you will benefit from an enclosed garden, a 3x13m swimming pool (swimming lane) with outdoor shower, a wooden terrace with its outdoor lounge, summer kitchen with plancha to enjoy convivial moments .
