Located 500m from the lake and enjoying a quiet environment, this apartment is the perfect cocoon for your stay in Annecy.
Completely renovated, the apartment is ideal for 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms with a bathroom.

Decorated with care by an interior designer, the apartment is spacious and very bright.
Each room has a double bed and large storage.
The large living room is also equipped with a TV and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, (not exhaustive)
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and high-speed WiFi (fiber).
Linen will be provided for your stay: sheets, towels & kitchen towel.

The accommodation is on the 3rd floor without elevator.

đŸ…żïž You can park your car directly in the private parking space dedicated to the accommodation.
A large cellar very accessible will allow you to have the possibility to put your bikes, windsurfing, strollers

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurùs in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake)

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Spacious apartment

Not fancy, but had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. We could have used a few fans as it was hot weather. It was a quick walk to the park by the lake and the old section of town. Great that it had off street parking. We loved Annacey!

“That place was fire”

We really enjoyed our stay in Annecy. This apartment was clean and comfortable, and centrally located. We were able to walk to the lake, church, and even the train station in under 15 minutes (each). We also appreciated the washer and dryer which actually almost completely dried our clothes, as we only brought along a few outfits. Also, the woman from the office met us right outside to hand us the keys and show us all the important things to know. Super easy check-in. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Appartement conforme Ă  l'annonce.On peut tout faire Ă  pied. Le parking est un plus. L'inconvĂ©nient d'ĂȘtre en ville est que c'est trĂšs bruyant. Mais il faut bien reconnaitre que les fenĂȘtres sont trĂšs efficaces contre le bruit, une fois fermĂ©es. Ce qui n'est pas le cas quand il fait chaud. TrĂšs bon accueil de la part de la personne de la conciergerie. Un bĂ©mol sur la vĂ©tustĂ© de l'appartement.

Bon emplacement.

Bon emplacement, proche de centre, vielle ville et du lac, c'est trÚs pratique Les chambres sont spacieuses, lingerie propre. Cependant la cuisine est trÚs peu équipée ( grille pain pas en norme, à éviter d'utiliser, ustensiles il faut chercher.... et le salon fait vieux ( canapé tachée, dans la chambre un bassin sous radiateur , VMC beaucoup trop bruyant) C'est dommage.
