Property was a short walk from the local train station which made life a lot easier with a grumpy 4 year old and 1 year old after our flights had been delayed from England. Close to all the local amenities and lake. Excellent communication from the host. The only issue was having to carry a pram from the second floor down to the bottom floor and vice versa.
The location is brilliant and with a boulangerie underneath the apt, the smell in the stair well is yum! The apt itself is awesome, a great space and very clean except the sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, or one adult. The linen is very tired and needs to be replaced, it would also be could to have basic useful supplies in the kitchen.
This was a lovely little apartment with modern ammenities in a 250 year old building. The host left lots of info about where to eat and what to see and do. We loved it.
First, the location is tremendous. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. And the rental was nothing short of a "10". Highly recommend this place and we would definitely rent here again.

Annecy travels
Property was as listed, appreciated the washer and kitchen. The sofa bed is really only good for 1 person, Otherwise it is very uncomfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. Great location!!
Excellent location, beautiful, ended up raining all afternoon one day and we stayed in drinking wine with the windows wide open and classic french music on the stream. The corridors to get to the place, others have commented on being a bit scary, amounted to a walk way past a boulangerie with wonderful smells, and a stone staircase. No problem at all even at night. We did need more than the provided 2 towels and the bed had crinkely waterproof sheet that made us feel like toddlers.
The property is located in central Annecy above a bakers with a locked access gate. The keys for the property are easily accessible from a security box on the front door of the flat.
We loved our stay - renting bikes and hiking in the surrounding mountains - though the hike marked easy in the helpful book in the flat was quite hard. To have the guide though was great.
Use of a washing machine was brilliant and thank you for leaving products for it!
A great holiday - we will recommend you.
Everything was ok, except
1. Unloading process-we had nowhere to park the car, just in the pedestrian area , parking was too far from the appartment
2. Long way in the darkness as we were in catacombs, maybe it’s fun for somebody
Fantastic central location, 3rd (US) floor - walk up thru halls, stairs that are a little spooky, but you get used to. Wonderful sandwich shop/bakery on ground floor. Mostly IKEA grade furnishings, but nice kitchen/din’g/liv’g area. No a/c, so wdws must be open if it’s hot - and being central, it’s noisy. Bathroom facilities are really decent, clean - a big plus. IF you have a car, it’s tough - a) to find the car park (no apparent address #s), b) for larger car, extremely tight ramp up to car deck, c) it’s about 6 blocks away - so a hike. But again, location is really great - 4 blocks from the lake, all the hubbub - which we so enjoyed, a big bonus.
Unit was clean & spacious. We arrived after dark to find the entry hallway with no overhead lights. Very creepy. The stairways were not lit and old stone stairs were worn and uneven. I did not feel safe after dark in the hallways.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet, für zwei Personen sehr nett, nachts mitunter laut. Sehr zentral gelegen, formulierung in der adresse place du parking privé irrefuehrend - der Parkplatz muss extra angemietet werden und ist recht weit entfernt, man kann aber bis 11 Uhr kurz vor dem Haus halten. Gut bei der abreise. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefuehlt.
Appartement très bien situé. Le parking est un vrai plus. Kim et son mari se sont montrés très réactif. Un grand merci pour leur accueil. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une ville magnifique. Je recommande.
Super séjour, dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de couverture en plus. La semaine était glaciales et nous avons dû allumer les radiateurs et c'est dommage au vu des nombreuses invitations à ne pas en abuser. Sinon l'appartement est super. Kim est accessible et très compréhensive.
il est très bien placé ,une fois arrivé on a plus besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller au lac, magasins, restaurants tout est a porté de main .Un seul inconvénient pour moi perso la place de parking est trop petite .Voila autrement rien a dire
