About this property

Welcome to our cozy 3 bed/ 3.5 bath villa, nestled in the shady Hickory Cove Community inside of Palmetto Dunes! Take a 5 minute stroll to the private community beach, and after a long day in the sun, take a dip in the community pool located just steps from your back deck! Tennis, pickle ball, award-winning golf, bike/kayak rentals, and great restaurants are all within walking distance! Palmetto Dunes is centrally located and a short drive to all your favorite shops, restaurants, putt putt, and more! This end unit villa is spacious and private, offering a well appointed kitchen, and open dining/living area. 3 large bedrooms boast private bathrooms and balcony/patio access with a view of the pool. 38 Hickory Cove comfortably accommodates 9 guests. Please note: The community pool is closed seasonally from October 1st - March 31st.

1st floor master bedroom has a king bed with ceiling fan, full bath with new tiled shower and double vanity, and deck access/pool view.

2nd floor guest bedroom has a king bed, twin daybed with trundle, bath with walk-in tiled shower, ceiling fan, and private balcony/pool view.

2nd floor guest room has king bed, ceiling fan, full bath with tub/shower combo and private balcony/pool view.

The upstairs landing features a comfy day bed for extra sleeping space.

Villa amenities include plenty of kitchen necessities (pots, pans, appliances), full sized washer and dryer, propane grill, linens and towels, cable TV, and WIFI.

Parking passes are an additional fee (as follows) with a 3 car maximum and can be purchased at the Palmetto Dunes pass window (to the right at the entrance). There are no reserved parking spaces at Hickory Cove Villas.
3-7 days - $25 per pass
8-14 days - $40 per pass
15-180 days - $50 per pass

Minimum Renter Age is 25. No parties or events. No smoking anywhere on premises.
Unfortunately, we are unable to host pets in our villa at this time.

Stunning condo

My family and I stayed for a week at the Brown’s condo. We were blown away! The owners had done recent Reno to the condo and wow was it so well done. Beautiful furnishings, spacious beyond belief. So much was provided for us too. Towels and beach toys. We had an amazing stay while we were there and will definitely book again. I spoke personally with Sara about extending our stay and she was very quick to reply and set things up for us. We loved the condo so much we stayed a few extra days. Hilton head is our happy place and this home made it truly feel like we were just that, at home

Sweet Sixteen Birthday Gift

The home was excellent, and the renovations were done to perfection. As advertised, the Beach was a short walk from the home. Location on Hilton Head was central and everything you needed was a short distance away. I would definitely recommend this home. Homeowners were very pleasant to deal with.

Spacious, well stocked, great location

Our Ladies annual beach trip had the best time at your condo. It was so spacious, extremely well stocked, right next to the pool and very clean. 5-8 minute walk to the beach depending on how fast you walk. It is like you are in the forest with all the shade trees and chirping crickets. So peaceful. I would highly recommend this location. Many small touches made it feel like home.

Great Location

Our overall stay was great. Very convenient location. One room needed AC repairs but the owner let us know ahead of time. Was not bad with fans. Outside needs some maintenance. The upstairs decks are not currently safe but the condo community will remedy that. Overall the property is great and we would definitely come back.

After lots of investigating, traveling, and searching for the right beach property, we selected Hilton Head Island because of it's natural beauty and local attractions. Palmetto Dunes is one of the cleanest places we have seen, and if you love the outdoors then this is a great place for you to stay!

Everything you need within walking distance... the General Store (where you'll find lots of everyday essentials and more), restaurants, tennis courts, golf course, beach, bike/kayak rentals, pickle ball, in-door archery, and more!
