Charming, ground built cottage

Charming, completely updated beach cottage close to south end of the Island. Large private deck. Living room and bedroom both have flat screen TV's. The living has twin size sofa sleeper. Bedroom has queen size bed; bonus room has full size bed. Within walking distance to the back river beach and the main south beach. This beach bungalow has it all to make you remember your vacation a lifetime. Inside the house there are couple steps. Rent both "A" and "B" for added space.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

Girls Trip

We loved the cottage! The beach decor was great! We had plenty of room and will definitely return again. We were able to check in early. Loved being close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Great Location

This cottage had loads of charm. On a quiet street just a short walk from the main beach or the inlet beach. The big back deck was awesome on the days it was windy on the beach.

Nice place, easy walking distance to beach and eating places on the south end.

Enjoyed the back patio and quietness of the neighborhood. Have to be cautious walking in the back door because the grout on the tile has separated otherwise nice stay. One set of kitchen towels for a week is not enough.

Great location!

Great option for small kids

Nicely appointed property in a great location close to inlet and ocean by a short walk. Enjoyed cooking meals and the ample seating. Our daughter really loved her special “princess” bed nook!

Perfect Stay

This was our first time visiting Tybee! We stayed in this cozy cottage, it was very clean and the decor was so cute! Check in and check out was very easy & the management is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The location was a short walk to the beach and other little shops! Would recommend & stay again! Thank you so much for making mine & my family’s stay perfect!

The location was great, all communication was timely and the air conditioners were very effective. The decor was super cute as well and the furniture was well placed for the small space to maximize needs. We enjoyed being able to walk to every thing as well.

This cute little cottage was as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tybee Island. All our questions were answered promptly by the property manager. They also worked with us in the case we would pick up after hours. We definitely look forward to staying in the same house again!

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT TO PIER AND BAY

Cute and cozy home central to walking distance to the pier or to the kayak launch at the bay side. The 2 window AC units were more than enough to keep the house cold. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen small but had everything we needed (no icemaker-but plenty of ice trays). Enjoyed the private back deck. Easy check-in and out.

52nd anniversary celebration..

Extremely pleased other than water pressure.. zero water pressure..trouble with one air conditioner but management was very prompt at repairing it.. would definitely stay again.. hopefully this fall..

Good small house, close to beach

Good small house. It was pretty tight for 4 people but we knew we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time in the house. Yes the bathroom is through the bedroom but for us it want a big deal. I wouldn’t stay here if it was 2 couples. Small family is good. Perfect for walking to the beach. Maybe a 5 min walk. The house was well stocked except for toilet paper. Kinda an essential element. Everything else was great. We’d stay here again

Kinder family beach trip!

Such a cute little house. We had plenty of space in side. First down fall is only 1 bathroom and you go through the bedroom to get to it. Second down fall is they need a washer & dryer so you don’t have to go to the laundry mat & wash towels. Other than that it’s in the perfect spot to the little strip & to a couple of nice beach accesses. The back deck is nice but it showed a grill in the picture but it was gone. But over all it’s a pretty nice place to stay!

Short walk to the beach

Everything was good except for one experience. The first night after taking a shower, the shower would not turn off it was still flowing full blast. I called the emergency #. The emergency # Called the plumber but he refused to come out that night. This would have caused an enormous water bill for the owner. The city had to turn the water off. The rental co. did offer to find us another location. I refused, I had just driven 9 hours, unpacked and was in my PJs. My suggestion get a different plumber.

Cozy little cottage

Cottage was super clean. Had everything we needed for the week. Very short walk to Tybee Pier and the South end of the island. Quiet neighborhood. Back porch was great!

Air Conditioner Out for days

I called right after I checked in to let them know that the air conditioner was not working in the living room and this was on Sunday. They said someone would be out on Monday. Showed up looked at it and left and never heard nothing until I called back on Tuesday and still didn’t get a complete answer until I called back late Tuesday night. Over 80° In the living room and kitchen. Finally showed up Wednesday around lunch time to replace it. I spent over $1,100 to stay there and went 72 hours without AC and they refunded me a whole $100. Not even a days worth of compensation. Very disappointing that they can’t do more to take care of your customers.

Great place!

The location was perfect. Felt very quiet and private even being in close proximity to the neighboring houses. Truly loved everything about the place. The only things I would suggest adding to the description (maybe it was there and I missed it)- the bathroom access is through the main bedroom, which didn't both us at all but others might be turned off by that. And the bed in the main room is very high (but SUPER comfortable). I am 5'3" and it was quite comical trying to climb into the bed. Again, I did not mind but someone with mobility issues might have trouble. loved the stay and would definitely stay there again!
