SHORT 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH
This is a duplex. Each side has private entrance and screen porch with privacy patio curtains. It is completely private from the Side B.

Enjoy a perfect beach getaway in this wonderfully restored and renovated Jane Coslick Design cottage. Great location in the historical North end near the Lighthouse and next to million dollar houses on Officer's Row.
You will be transported back in time to a carefree feeling with the vintage furnishings and happy colors. Everything is top quality and comfortably thought out. The master bedroom with a queen bed opens onto the main bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, cozy and built nook style under great large windows. There is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. A large open kitchen and living/dining area are great for the family's time together, making great memories. The large side screened porch is a wonderful respite for an early coffee, perfect lunch and dinner spot on the picnic table with the BBQ right outside, and a great place to nap and read. You will never want to leave!
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which opens right into the main bath, perfect for a shower anytime and wonderful to wash off the sand from a day at the beach.
Walk, run or bike around the paved path in the park right behind the cottage. The kids will love the playground at the far end.
2 Flat screen Smart TV's with cable and wifi connected for Netflix, Amazon, etc.
Washer and dryer are provided so you can pack light with no worries.

Seaside Delight!

Charming cottage

We spent eight days in this charming little cottage. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable with all the necessary items we needed for our stay. Five-minute walk to North Beach and the lighthouse and on a quiet back road worked perfectly for us. It is air-conditioned and the screened porch has a ceiling fan to keep it comfortable. A ideal spot for quiet relaxation.

We loved our vacation!

Evelyn surely thought of everything that we would need to have a great vacation. The house was stocked with the essentials and we particularly loved the fact that she had a beach wagon, chairs beach towels and toys! This made the short walk to the beach very enjoyable. The house itself is centrally located and we could walk to nearby attractions like the lighthouse very easily. Don't hesitate to book the CUTEST cottage on the island :)

Perfect spot for beach!

This was a great spot for our family of 4. The walk to the beach was very short and we were happy to have the outside shower option to rinse off all the sand. The twin bed room was perfect for my 7 & 10 year old to share. My husband was unexpectedly on crutches and in a boot but he was able to navigate well. The host was very helpful pointing out some accessibility options for the beach in advance. We rented a golf cart and it made it super easy to park and explore! I would stay here again!

Charming!

We needed a weekend rental and our stay here was perfect! Every detail was special and I never found myself needing something that wasn’t provided. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch with the lights lit at night. The structure is actually a duplex which we’ve considered renting out both in the future for our family and another family of friends. Looking forward to going back!

This is our third time staying here and we always enjoy our time at this cottage on Tybee. The cottage is lovely and the location is relaxing and an easy walk to the beach. The owner is always kind and helpful and answers any questions quickly. If any issues do arise during a stay she also takes care of things promptly as well. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in the area.

This adorable, thoughtful, comfortable cottage duplex elevated our already-fun and restorative week in Savannah/on Tybee Island. As cute as the pictures are, the space is even cuter. The outdoor shower was so helpful in keeping our 7-year-old tidy, and the whole space managed to feel private despite the density of the Island and that it’s a duplex! The layout offers privacy within community. The kitchen is well-appointed; the living area comfortable; the porch with its sleeping swing a delight. I hope we get to go again and stay longer.

Adorable cottage in a perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location is perfect - less than a five minute walk to beach. It is close to everything and tucked away from traffic. It is also really close to nice walking trails. The cottage is decorated so wonderfully and everything is really clean. We especially loved the porch and the outdoor shower. The cottage is well stocked and beds are really comfortable. Evelyn is a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend!

My daughter and her family live in Savannah and we vacationed on Tybee Island for several years. After staying in this location on the island, I knew this is where I wanted to invest. I am so glad to have found this historical building.

What makes this property unique

When I saw this cottage right on a park, I was smitten right then. I knew immediately without even going inside that this was the one for me. The location by the park and so close to the beach make this the perfect spot.
