About this property

Beautiful 1st floor unit just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean

Zzz's By The Sea is our vacation home we purchased in 2019, we are excited to share our piece of paradise with our guests. We are located on the first floor. There is no need to wait for elevators to reach our unit. Just steps from the front door are the majestic Atlantic Ocean and indoor pool. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets are abundant. We are located near the pointe in Cherry Grove. Far enough away to avoid the crowds but close to all the attractions the Grand Strand has to offer.

There is a comfortable king-size mattress, which will already be made when you walk in the bedroom. There is a well stocked kitchen, with a Kerig, blender, mixer, and some kids' plates. The bathroom was redone in 2021, which includes a removable handheld shower and a handheld hair blow dryer under the sink. Washer and dryer and iron. There is a 65-inch smart tv in the living room and 50-inch smart tv in the bedroom, both with Netflix installed to browse movies and tv shows. We have swicthes labeled for your convenience and extra outlet plugs by the beds. Very convenient parking. Access to condo with no steps. We supply linens, including beach towels and cleaning products.

Our unit is always professional cleaned after our departure and after each guest.
We do bring our fur babies with us to enjoy the beach, as do many other owners (our building does not allow renters to bring pets). Those with pet allergies may be affected.

We would love to share our piece of paradise with you, so you can enjoy the beach as much as we do. We try to have all the amenities we enjoy when vacationing.

Paradise in Cherry Grove Found

Zzzs By The Sea was perfect spot for a vacation. The condo was superbly clean, communication with the owner was quick and easy, and the beach was peaceful and beautiful. The owners have thought of everything and their condo is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

An absolute gem

A lovely getaway place to stay for my gf and I for a week. You can tell Ray and Gretchen put a lot of work in to make it very welcoming and clean. Perfect convenient location and amazing ocean view. Had a blast and would love to stay here again!!!

Short break before the holidays

This room was everything we needed. Clean, just a few steps to the beach and an awesome view of the ocean right from the balcony. The area is great. Not too far from everything but far enough to feel relaxing. Will definitely try to make a return visit.

Overall was a very nice condo and beautiful beach. The only downfall was there is construction going on and you could hear drilling and working everyday plus a lot of workers around.

Home away from home

This place was amazing. Everything was clean, well maintained, and updated. My wife and two little ones all had a blast and you are literally steps from the pool and ocean. The main bed is huge and could easily sleep three adults. Ray and Gretchen were very responsive and quickly answered all my questions. We will be staying here any time we go to Myrtle in the future. Highly-recommend this little gem!

Great week in Cherry Grove.

We arrived at the property and were very pleased that it was exactly like the listing. It was nicely furnished and very clean. The king bed was wonderful. It seems as if the owners have thought of everything for your stay. From the care package on the island to the light switches being labeled (actually loved that). We never had a problem with anything in the condo. This property is on the first floor and has easy access to the parking area and the beach. You can not go wrong with staying here.

Great Little Neighborhood

This was our first time visiting the Grand Strand/Myrtle Beach area. Cute little condo perfect for my husband, our son and me. The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, although we didn’t use it much. Great view of the ocean and super quick to be on the beach. The beach was never crowded. The area has an old fashioned beachtown vibe with several cute cottages and motels mixed in with the larger condos. Much better than downtown Myrtle where it's crowded and touristy. Don't worry about renting chairs and umbrella. Unlike places like Destin and Navvare, beach service doesnt give you front row access but since it wasnt crowded, bringing your own chairs and umbrellas isn't an issue. Save your money on that one. If you plan to use the pull out sofa bed, bring blankets. Sheets were provided but no blankets. Glad we had a couple with us. The pool is smaller than you would find at a large resort but the outdoor access to the ocean more than makes up for it. If we go back to the Grand Strand, the Cherry Grove neighborhood will definitely be our go to! Ray and Gretchen were quick to respond to any questions. Check in was super easy. The area was quiet. The room is right by the elevators but we never had noise issues. Great little place to spend a vacation.

We live in Ohio, but absolutely love North Mytle, especially the Cherry Grove area and the Point. We have family in Ohio and can not make a permanent move. We finally decided to get a vacation home, its our piece of paradise, we want to share with you.

Why they chose this property

Our 1 bedroom condo is our dream come true, 1st floor living, (no elevators), close covered parking and easy access to the beach.

What makes this property unique

Since this is our vacation home, we wanted it to have some comforts of home, a comfortable bed & balcony chairs, big TV's,
extra pillows and hand held shower. We are close to the Point which has gorgeous views.
