Located in Ruoms, a 5-minute walk from the town centre with all its shops, and 500 m from the Ardèche River.

Close to Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, which is ideally situated at the gateway to one of France’s most beautiful tourist sites: the Ardèche Gorges Nature Reserve, featuring the famous Pont d’Arc, a natural arch over 60 metres high. This peaceful village has become a favourite destination for a wide range of outdoor activities, foremost among them the famous canoe or kayak descent of the Ardèche Gorges. A hiking trail along the river also allows visitors to explore this exceptional natural environment from dry land.

Électricité très vétuste, 5 prises qui ne fonctionnent pas, cuisine, sdb(très ennuyeux) les 2 vers le canapé et celle terrasse.. ce qui oblige à surcharger les qques qui restent opérationnelles, donc très dangereux, celle de la chambre, carrément arrachée, les fils sont apparants, très dangereux surtout avec des enfants.. Sinon peu de rangement, obligés de tout laisser ds les sac y compris les vêtements.. Il y fait très très chaud, le ventilateur pièce principale ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée.. Le propriétaire l a emporté sans le remplacer, j ai du en acheter 1..j avais pris la peine auparavant de poser La question, on m'a répondu, que l appartement était équipé de ventilateurs.. La terrasse très très salle, les 2 stores délabrés, donc pas d ombre.. Sinon l appartement très bien situé, la piscine très agréable..

Logement loué 2 annees de suite mais pas d amélioration en renovation (store déchiré manque de ventilo piscine verte chaise cassée) Heureusement que le gerant sur place a ete present pour assuré le bon Confort des locataire dommage car bien situé par rapport au village et accessibilité diverses

Bon séjour

Appartement bien situé proche du centre- ville et des activités. Manque quelques équipements de rangement dans la salle de bains . Piscine agréable mais pas assez grande si tous les logements occupés. Très belle région que l' on ne se lasse pas de découvrir !
