Ocean breezes and sounds of the tropics ﬂow through this four bedroom condo, perfect for entertaining family and friends. From the jungle to the fairway and out to sea, Malinche 26-A is the perfect place to be. Located in the Malinche Residences, Condo 26-A also enjoys access to the condo community Club House, where you can relax at the ocean view pool or take in the jungle sun at the fully equipped facilities. The condo is a 20 minute walk to the awardwinning par 71 Robert Trent Jones II designed golf course and Reserva Conchal’s Beach Club.

Beautiful View

The condo is even better in person than in the photos. The Reserva location is wonderful. So much to do or just relax at the beach or pool. Management was excellent - responded instantly to any questions. Highly recommend!

Love CR and Malinche 26A

Great place! Fit our whole family of 8 perfectly! Amenities are great in the house. One suggestion is to add a few more pieces of storage containers for the kitchen, and had to have maintenance come at check in to repair the dishwasher which had backed up upon first use.
