Enjoyed our stay very much! Such a beautiful property! The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the closet space for the master bedroom…very tiny. It’s just the design of the unit. Could have used a little more closet and drawer space, but it didn’t take away from a wonderful vacation.

Perfect spring getaway

This property is great, very comfortable, clean and with easy access to beach and heated pool, local shops etc. I hesitated about being on the 18th floor, but the view was worth it. Host was amazing too, very responsive and kind. Pay attention to dog sizes, our dogs were planned to travel, however we had to leave them home at the end due to the property HOA policy that is not allowing dogs over 25lbs. Being there we did see quiet a few big dogs, so not sure what is driving the inconsistency...Overall this was amazing trip, and we enjoyed it a lot.

Great location!

The view was amazing! The apartment was very comfortable and it has everything you need. The communication with Mitch was excellent. I highly recommend this place if you want to have the most amazing view of the ocean.

Beautiful view and great condo!

Spring break in PCB was great! We enjoyed this condo, it was clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely gorgeous, pics do not do it justice. The beds are comfy, bathrooms are spacious and clean. But mostly we enjoyed the balcony and hearing the waves.

Great Pet Friendly Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo/resort. Because many of the condos allow pets, they even had areas designated for walking your pet. We plan to return in the future!

Awesome condo for the weekend

My family and our dog visited for an extended weekend and we were very pleased with this condo. Everything was up to par and appeared as the pictures in the listing. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We were sent the door code and a link via text, which was a great resource. This listing was also great because there were beach chairs, toys and umbrellas available for use. We would definitely visit this condo again.

Great Place and Great Time!

Our room was clean and we had almost everything we needed there. The view is fantastic and would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is that we found a few fleas crawling on us. Being from Florida, I know that certain bugs are always around (mosquitoes, roaches, and fleas if you have animals staying there). Other than that, it was perfect.

Beautiful View Nice Location

Really nice condo on the 18th floor. After you get checked in and figure out where you are it was great. People at the office were very helpful. Really easy to go to the beach, has a great entrance to the beach to take your dog. Hint ,When you park at tower two go to the fifth floor for parking, then it’s an easy way across to building to tower one . Not far from restaurants, shops, and a Walmart superstore.

Awesome Gulf Views

This was a Christmas trip for small family reunion. We had two of these units and Warren Beach Rentals were so easy to work with. They were quick to respond to all questions and concerns. They stayed in communication with us throughout the week. The condo was very clean and spacious. The condo has all the amenities you need for a week stay. Definitely will be back and will use Warren Beach Rentals again. Thanks Mitch and his staff!

Overall property was clean and in good location. Queen bed in master is misleading. Only a full. Location is not within walking distance of restaurants. Otherwise out of ten, I’ll give the unit a solid seven.

Wonderful condo ! And pet friendly!

Warren Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and communication was exceptional! We knew exactly when, what and where we needed to go and things we needed to do. We always struggle finding a nice condo on the beach because we have a pet that travels with us. They were pet friendly but also very strict about pet policies which I really agree with and like. Pets are never the problem but their owners being irresponsible is. There were 2 pet areas and was very accommodating. The kids enjoyed the view and we had a great set up in the condo! We will be back! The only issue was waiting for elevators because it was a busy week…but that is the case for any condo building and was not as bad as others we have stayed at. So not really a complaint, just know that’s an issue anywhere during peak beach season. Thanks again to Warren for taking care of us!! We had a blast!

Family Vacation

The location was perfect. We really enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach and restaurants. We were however disappointed in the clearness of our condo. The floors were not clean. When we came we always take off our shoes there was dog hair all over the place. Yes we did rent a pet friendly place because we thought about bringing our dog but decided not to. But we did not expect to have our socks covered with dog hair either way. Stains were on the main bedroom sheets and comforter. The washer & dryer need to be replaced.

We ended up having to move units due to an air-conditioning issue, but once we moved things got on track. The unit was mostly clean, but I did find some trash behind the garbage can in the master bedroom and the countertops in the kitchen seemed gritty. Also, out on the balcony there were cigarette butts. Nothing too huge, but could have been better. The master bed was very uncomfortable and I asked for an egg crate to put on top of the mattress which was provided. That helped, but still was not comfortable. The unit was very attractive and we did enjoy our stay but the furniture could have been more comfortable. The pool was amazing and the staff was excellent.
