Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

Appliances are not user friendly or very loud. Kids at pool made it hard to enjoy quiet time on balcony. Too many reminders about check out. Loved the condo. Loved everything else.

We had a good time. Great place to stay with easy access to a clean and not overly crowded beach. Only negative thing to say was staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful but we didn’t have to talk to them much.

We are a frequent visitor to Orange Beach but this was the first time for us to have all three grandkids and a friend. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or condo for us.

The condo was well stocked with everything you need! Great patio area. Building has an ice machine and air pump station which are huge conveniences! Indoor & Outdoor pools, hot tub & sauna. Lots of great amenities!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy. We loved the high table on the balcony with the great view. Easy access to the beach and my son loved fishing from the jetty. Beach chair service was very accomidating. We will be back next year!

3 old girlfriends get together before one moves out of state, to start another journey. Condo was perfect. Clean, great view of Gulf, plenty space, nicely decorated and well stocked. Easy check in and out. Will recommend this condo to friends and family.

Nice getaway

Property was nice, clean and stocked well to cook. Washer and dryer were a nice extra in the unit. Dryer does squeal and should be looked at and the sink in the primary bathroom drains slow. All simple fixes though. This was a relaxing stay right on the beach with plenty of restaurants and activities near by. Loved the ease of check in and the carts to haul your luggage to your condo.

Great condo for family!

We really enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach. The condo was perfect for our family. Clean, great location, and had everything we needed. If there was one suggestion, it would be to check the dryer. It was super convenient to have laundry available with all the sand and pool time, but dryer took about 4 cycles to dry. Everything else was perfect and I would highly suggest this condo for others!!

Great view, but needs upgrades

Loved the view and location. TVs need to be upgraded in all rooms so that people can stream favorite shows and downs less time troubleshooting outdated TVs. When weather is not great, this becomes more important and is the main reason I would not book here again.

Girls Getaway

We did pick the coolest time to go but we had fun. The condo was just like the pictures and the view of the beach and ocean were terrific! Dolphins were playing along the beach where we watched from the balcony. We ran into an issue with the toilet having a drip and called maintenance who came within the hour and took care of the issue. We appreciated having the dishes and pans etc in the condo. Very home away from home feel. The beach is clean and the condo is easy to find and get around in. We enjoyed the convenience of just walking onto the beach from building. I'm ready to bring the kids back!

Compared to other properties we stayed out, it was not my favorite. Too much furniture and breakables. We had little kids with us so we put them out of reach and put extra chairs in the closet. We were expected to load the dishwasher before we left but had no dishwasher tablet provided. We got our own but when you pay thousands of dollars and a cleaning fee, I felt like at least the one you require should be provided. There was no complimentary coffee or filters (maybe not a big deal but we have always had at least a couple coffee and filters, a couple dishwasher tablets, and a couple laundry pods to start). We brought our own coffee but forgot filters so we had to get out and get more. Wouldn't be awful if it was around the 4th of July and super busy. It didn't feel personable like all the others we stayed in. The beach and location were fantastic but I think we will probably look for a different one on our next visit.

Orange Beach

The condo was nice overall. The ceiling vent for the AC leaks on the floor. Several outlets didn't work and lights were not working in a couple lamps as well. People were smoking on the balconies which made it stink while sitting out watching the ocean. The sliding glass doors were hard to open and lock. No info was given about any of the use of courts for tennis, or how to get into the fitness area. Things could have been explained better about the property.

By the way, the light bulbs in the lamps have been replaced. The fitness center code is located in the guestbook sent to guests upon booking, then again 7 days prior to arrival and any tennis equipment is brought by guests for personal use. While the property is non-smoking , the on-site facilities team would be the ones to address infractions regarding any condo we do not manage. We are sorry that your neighbors were not more respectful. We hope that you were able to enjoy your Beach Getaway and please let us know next time you book so we can ensure a better experience next time!

First getaway in years

The Good: the beach was great & Tony (the chair guy) was very accommodating & helpful. The view is amazing and the beach is big enough you don't feel like you're sitting on top of one another. We got to see dolphins almost every morning from our balcony. The unit is within walking distance of several decent restaurants which is exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean but a little dated & worn. I liked the blackout drapes but they had been ripped which someone had attempted to mend with tape that was coming off. The pool was nice w/ plenty of chairs but there is very little shade. The Gulf restaurant is nice but not worth the $$ IMO. I'm not a fan of paying $11 for a drink only to have children play tag around my table like it's recess. Tacky Jack's in Orange Beach was a hard pass. Gulf Shores Steamer's food is very good. Had the blackened red fish. Yum. The unit is above the pool & the sound carries. It was disappointing that we couldn't sit on the balcony at night to listen to the waves. Someone vomited in the pool our first day & it was still there when we left. The bath mat was dirty when we arrived but not a deal breaker.The major disappointment was the issue of our reservation. Ended up having to pack up & move to a totally different location 2 days before the end of our trip because they double booked.

Nice condo and complex

Great mattress in mbr. Nice view, amenities, etc. Biggest problem was the hidden expense of a required parking pass for one vehicle. Add it into the fees! Yes, it was mentioned in the fine print. A bit short on dishes, one coffee mug?
