We don't know if in other country cleaning cost are included or not, but in Italy when you rent a private property is used to consider cleaning an extra charge and it is specified in our page, so that you know before you book. Caro Georg, siamo molto sorpresi della sua recensione e francamente amareggiati per sue rimostranze. Fortunatamente abbiamo tutte recensioni molto positive, ben 37, che smentiscono le sue lamentele e dimostrano quanto Villa Meridolio sia apprezzata. Approfittiamo della sua recensione per chiarire alcuni punti: - Nella descrizione dell’annuncio non sono presenti fotografie della proprietà sottostante villa Meridolio, proprio perché si tratta di uno spazio adibito per lo più a garage, magazzini e in piccola parte ad un mini appartamento riservato a noi, che non affittiamo né utilizziamo durante il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti, così da garantire la massima privacy e tranquillità ai nostri ospiti. La villa che affittiamo agli ospiti ha ben due accessi alla piscina. Uno, lungo un comodo vialetto, ben illuminato anche durante le ore notturne, l’altro, lungo la strada privata che costeggia la villa. Si tratta di pochi metri in entrambi i casi. Fino ad oggi non abbiamo mai avuto lamentele da parte degli ospiti, perché, come si deduce dalle molteplici foto, la villa è su diversi piani e la piscina è nella parte esterna più bassa. Ci spiace che lei abbia avuto difficoltà nel percorso verso la piscina. Se solo ci avesse informato delle sue condizioni di ridotta mobilità, le avremmo sicuramente sconsigliato di soggiornare presso la nostra villa. Nonostante ciò, le assicuro che abbiamo avuto, in precedenza, altri ospiti con ridotta mobilità e nessuno si è mai lamentato del viale di accesso alla piscina. - La strada di accesso alla villa è una strada sterrata di circa 800 metri che regolarmente manutentiamo per essere percorribile con qualunque autovettura. Noi stessi abbiamo automobile basse. Purtroppo il vostro soggiorno ha coinciso con giorni di pioggia intensa e il percorso è risultato meno agevole del solito. Ci spiace, si è trattato di un evento meteorologico eccezionale. Ci impegneremo a migliorare ulteriormente le condizioni di percorribilità. In ogni caso, raccomandiamo sempre di procedere a bassa velocità per maggiore sicurezza. - Infine, per quanto riguarda le strade pubbliche esterne alla proprietà, non possiamo intervenire direttamente, ma ci attiveremo per segnalare le criticità ai nostri vicini affinché rispettino le normative obbligatorie riguardanti il taglio delle siepi di confine. La sua valutazione ci sembra comunque disonesta. Aver detto che la descrizione della casa e le fotografie non corrispondono alla realtà, non è solo una falsità ma è anche una lesione della nostra immagine e della nostra serietà. Sono decenni che affittiamo Meridolio con passione e impegno, per offrire ai nostri ospiti un soggiorno indimenticabile. Siamo onestamente molto delusi e rammaricati per le sue parole. Le facciamo comunque tanti auguri e se possiamo permetterci di darle un consiglio: prima di prenotare, si consulti per sapere se la casa è compatibile con le sue esigenze.

Vielen Dank für Ihre positive Bewertung. Wir sind überrascht und macht es uns traurig die Störung, die das nächtliche Hundegebell Sie verursacht hat. Diese Unannehmlichkeiten hatte uns noch nie jemand gemeldet, auch weil die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft Hunderte von Metern von der Villa entfernt sind.
