Detailed description:
On the heights of a typical village of the Mediterranean Aude, in the middle of vineyards, olive groves, scrubland and pine forests, Opuntia rentals are two independent village houses, built in traditional stone, located in Escales, between Corbières and Minervois, between the city of Carcassonne and Narbonne, between mountains and sea.

Pech means hill: the rue du Pech leads to the heights of the village of Escales. From one of the terraces of this house, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Minervois plain and the Montagne Noire. The stone envelope of the building conceals a resolutely contemporary interior.

The Opuntia Pech house is more precisely an old wine cellar that has been transformed into a modern, carefully furnished and air-conditioned accommodation. On the ground floor, you arrive through a small outdoor area planted with palm trees, then through a bright entrance with a small office, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilets. Upstairs, you will find a modern and very bright kitchen-living room: the living room opens through a bay window onto a covered terrace on the Corbières side (with vis-à-vis on the other rental, Opuntia Téoulièro, view of the rooftops of the village and the neighbouring pine forests); the kitchen opens onto a terrace without vis-à-vis, offering a panoramic view of the Minervois plain and the Montagne Noire. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of four people (one of the bedrooms offers a double bed and the other a single bed and a sofa bed).
We offer our tenants air-conditioned rooms, an equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a contemporary and quality decoration (Starck armchairs, Artemide wall lamps, coloured glass closet doors, stained glass...).
