Large Ideal for 2 families sharing, child and dog friendly as away from main rd
Just 500 metres walk to the beach, our Garden 8 person Duplex is a large 4 bedroom self-contained apartment.
Offering short breaks from Friday for 3 nights & from Monday for 4 nights or weekly from Mondays or Fridays!
The Duplex is accessed via the rear garden, there are some steps.
The apartment has 1 x double & 1 x twin bedroom both en-suite to a full bathroom upstairs and a further 1 x double & 1 x twin bedroom and shower room with toilet & washbasin downstairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted to include ample modern cooking facilities, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all of the ancillary items you could possibly need while you enjoy your holiday in North Devon.
The main feature is a very large open plan living area, great for that family or group get together, with French windows leading from the dining area to a large decking balcony with BBQ overlooking the gardens.
The lounge and dining area is spacious with ample dining space, comfortable sofas and a 48" LCD TV with Freesat, DVD & Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
All bedrooms have TV’s with freesat and come supplied with duvets and linen. A cot, highchair and baby bath can all be made available on request. The newly re-furbished bathrooms - are fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities.
There is a communal drying area. The holiday apartment also has 2 private car parking spaces available. Additional space available on request.

Why they chose this property
This self-catering holiday apartment at our Springfield Road location in Woolacombe, North Devon is only 500 yds a few minutes walk from the stunning Woolacombe Bay Blue Flag beach. The apartment is south facing and has its own separate entrance. There are stunning sea views and a decking balcony with outdoor furniture and Weber BBQ. Ideal for two families sharing as each can have their own floor within the duplex unit!
What makes this property unique
We are surrounded by National Trust land in Glorious North Devon. If you enjoy walking, there is an abundance of scenic walks locally through the Devon countryside, just a few steps from your holiday apartment door. Not only that, but Woolacombe is the perfect holiday base for exploring the beauty of the South West with Mortehoe, Ilfracombe, Barnstaple, Lynton, Croyde, Clovelly and Exmoor all close at hand. Many other North Devon family holiday attractions are within easy driving distance. We are a pet friendly establishment and will accept well behaved dogs and small caged animals with prior agreement.
Our weekly bookings run from Friday & Monday & short breaks are all set and run from Fri 4PM to Mon 10AM 3 nights inclusive and Mon 4PM to Fri 10AM 4 nights inclusive
