This lovely 3rd floor unit offers 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, plus an enclosed bunk room. The master bedroom suite boasts a spacious king bed and the en-suite bathroom offers a jetted tub and separate shower with double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with shower/tub combo bathroom attached. The other guest room includes a 2 full beds and has its own private bathroom, as well. The bunk beds are in a small room just off the hallway. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal while enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf through the wall of windows. Feel the warm tropical breezes, as you enjoy a quiet moment on the water front balcony.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Amazing view

Great unit right outside of Rosemary, the only downfall was waking up when the sun did due to no curtains over the bedroom windows. Other than that, no complaints! Beautiful view and a short walk to the beach.

Graduation Celebration

Gated beach front condo just a short walk down the stairs to a very clean wide beach area. There is a pool beside this unit as well. We had five adults and one infant. Great location on 30A near restaurants and grocery store. They have beach chair service available to rent but we used our own.

Reviewer Comments: The one thing I'll start off by saying is that the fact the elevator did not work and we were on the 3rd floor was not exactly ideal. Also the steps down to the beach were also not ideal when you have little ones. The condo was beautiful though. The only suggestion I would have is to have some type of window treatments so that not as much light comes through especially when a little one is trying to take an afternoon nap.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had multiple issues with the condo. When plugging in an accessory, the plug doesn't stay in the outlet, they keep falling out. Bath matts are needing when exiting the shower. The master shower door is falling apart - it is falling from the hinge. The toilet paper hanger is falling off wall. The patio door is rusted so bad that you can't turn the door knob to get out/in. We used the extra door in the master bed to go out on patio.

Had several issues with the condo, including: running toilet, flickering light bulbs, front door entry code mechanism malfunctioning (locking us out or not allowing us to lock door). Couch and chairs are tired and need a refresh. We paid for late checkout to noon and we came up from beach at 11:30 and the code was already frozen - locking us out - huge hassle. Overall, did have a very good time, but lots of issues - probably would not come back here. BTW, when you're leaving the parking lot, make sure there's nobody behind you, as you have to back up to avoid getting hit by the gate - bad layout....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the worst condo we have ever stayed in. We have been coming to this area and surrounding areas for many years. This property was not clean or well maintained. The amount of maintenance that this place needs is off the charts. Cabinets are rotted in the master bath where water has run into floor, baseboards were disgusting, toilet seats were falling apart, seats wouldn’t stay up, one sink in master bath would not drain (and no we did not call maintenance), the door from master bedroom leading to balcony wouldn’t open properly and when it finally did open it would fly open if the front balcony door opened, one pillowcase had makeup on it, comforters and pillows were not clean, furniture is dirty, there is absolutely no decor except for one picture and a mirror, pool area wasn’t cleaned until our third day there, garbage at pool was running over, two beds were fairly comfortable, the rest, not so much. Location was fine and the view was phenomenal. Condo is very old and needs massive maintenance, a very thorough deep cleaning and many repairs. The cost to rent this unit was way to expensive for a run down condo. Very disappointing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot rave enough about how beautiful the bean and ocean were. There was plenty of space for everyone on the beach which is always a plus. However I was not impressed with the unit. For starters the shoe molding needed a coat of paint therefore it looked dirty and poorly unkept. The dryer did not dry the clothes even after a repair man came to fix it. The refrigerator doors would not open all the way due to the limited space where it was placed. The furniture was stained and appeared dirty. The double door leaving to balcony was very hard to open and didn’t shut properly at times. The master bedroom was a disappointment. The bed made loud squeaking noises with the least of movement. There was no overhead light and only one bedside lamp. The shower in the master bath was very small and the door did not shut all the way easily and water would run out. My husband would have to come shut it for me as I was not able to do so because of the malfunction. We will consider staying at another unit in the Monterey but NOT 301B

Family Reunion at Monterey Condos

Reviewer Comments: Vacation began with major difficulties in even opening the door upon arrival and went downhill from there. Condo was dirty. Bed linens didn’t look or feel clean. Only 8 very poor quality bath towels for 8 people, 2 dish towels and 1 sponge. Multiple calls to report that the dryer wasn’t drying went ignored. Sofa and dining furniture slipcovers were filthy. Balcony door was very difficult to open and impossible for my 83 year old mother.. Our family rented 3 units at Monterey for the week and clearly the one we were in was in the poorest condition. Also the pool remained very dirty all week. The grills were out of commission for 1/2 of the week so we bought one and HOA wanted us to use it out in the parking lot. On the morning we were scheduled to check out, housekeeping opened the door and walked in at 7:30 AM while some of us were still sleeping, then waited outside the door and by our car while we were trying to pack and load to leave. Lovely view, could be a lovely property with some tlc. Grills next to the dumpster which was overflowing and trash cans overflowing in the pool area for days. For the price we expected much better

This year we rented two for the whole family. Unit B302 was cheaply furnished and worn in many places. The floor in Unit B301 was filthy. We would not have know because of the color, but had two crawling babies who looked like they had been crawling in a tire store within 15 minutes of arriving. We had to purchase a mop and bucket and changed the water several times it was so dirty. The unit was better decorated than the other but the bathrooms were still worn and needed some TLC. Both had broken towel bars and toilet paper rolls holders. To top everything off, we had a false carbon monoxide/smoke detector alarm in the entire building at 4:30 am. One of the mornings there. The entire building was awakened, kids and adults. The fire department came and reset the error causing them to go off. By that time everyone was awake. No discount, no $20 off a meal, just “we care about your safety” text message later that afternoon. When I booked I didn’t have a definitive number of who was coming and just gave a 5 people in each unit even though each unit slept 8 or more. B302 had no wash cloths. I called they said I had only put 5 people down in the condo and they could only give us 5 washcloths. It took 12 hours to get the washcloths. By then we had gone to Walmart and purchased a dozen for $6 and washed and dried them so the expense of 8 washcloths for a condo that sleeps 8 would not be a significant costs. You can’t beat the location but Monterey needs better management and updated units for the price you pay. We are looking into a house next year. It will be the same price as two units.

But the furmiture in the living room and the dining room need a professional cleaning or replacement. I own a lake home that I rent through VRBO. I am constantly replacing furniture or having it propfessionally cleaned. While I loved the location I would not recommend the property due to the poor condition of the furniture in the living area.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for our 1st visit to this area of Florida, right on the beach, views were 2nd to none, dolphins in the morning, patio was small but big enough for us, private and quiet (April 15th week). Quiet and secure, lots of space easy access gated entry. Elevator was nice, Beach access was great, clean, new, about 5 flights of stairs to get down to the beach but easy private access! Unit inside could use some upgrades - no blinds on the main living area, only unit in these building we saw with no privacy to the other units on the LR windows? Furniture was well used - worked for us but i would have expected a bit more comfort, pool was nice, but only get's sun for a few hours between the buildings, and was like a wind tunnel during between the buildings, so factor that in, pool time is best between 11am and 2 pm only. Refrigerator placement was not good doors do not open all the way, toaster only toasted on once side of the bread? just some odds and ends that could have been easily corrected to make this place perfect - price was good, easy access to about anything up and down 30A. Management company very responsive, we didn't have the gate code upon arrival but didn't take long at all to get corrected. I would stay here again, but i'd like to see some investment inside this particular unit by the owner.

My children enjoyed playing on the grassy area in front of the condo, and the pool bathrooms were super convenient. The proximity to the beach and closeness of all on 30A was fabulous. Benchmark was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!
