This apartment is located in a prime location - close to the metro and Marais, yet in a relatively quiet area and within a very quiet building. The bed were super comfortable, the place was well cleaned, and if you’re travelling with another couple, it’s the perfect layout with two bathrooms. Minus a couple minor adjustments (like having a shower curtain to prevent flooding), it was a nice little place!

I had stayed at this property recently and the apartment was excellent for us four women. It was clean, pretty and the amount of space and layout was perfect. The bedrooms had plenty of closet space. We really liked the location of property which was ideal. There host and management were so responsive to any questions we had and even gave us recommendations of restaurants. I would definitely come back here!!!!

Best location. Great accommodation for two couples during a heat wave. AC more than adequate. Loved walking along the canal in the evening. Chez Papa a few doors made for a great dining experience.

Nice place and conveniently located for a week in Paris. Property managers were wonderful and happy to help. We visit Paris twice a year and I would recommend this apartment to others as well as stay here again. Thank you to the host!

Great spot for give nights

My husband and I, with another couple, stayed for five nights at this is lovely apartment. It has large windows and was recently renovated. The location is excellent. There was one maintenance problem which was quickly resolved. Overall, a great spot!

Excellent place to stay in Paris

We've stayed in many rentals and this was one of our favorites. The apartment had the feel of a high end hotel suite. We were there on an unusually hot summer day, so coming back to a cool apartment with an amazing shower was so appreciated. Close to many restaurants, attractions, bus and subway. Would definitely stay again.

Great Apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days after New Years. The location is fantastic, right by the Bastille and the Opera House. The apartment was well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of storage and the kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and great apartment

We booked this apartment for a week last year and forgot to leave a review. We’re looking to book this apartment again this year. The location is ideal. Close enough to everything but without the crowds. The apartment was great and well appointed. There are many great restaurants within walking distance and some small grocery stores for when you eat at home. Don’t miss the Bastille market on Sundays and Thursdays. It is a foodie paradise.

This apartment suited our needs perfectly - we were a party of four - two couples - the bedrooms are separated by the living space - one has an ensuite bathroom and the other bathroom is easily accessible (toilet separate from sink and shower) from the second bedroom. The king beds were very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. There were plenty of good sized towels, as well as a washer/dryer combo. The open shared living space was spacious and the clean design with kitchen against the wall worked well. The apt has lots of natural light and you can see the Place de la Bastille tower from the living room and bedrooms.The location was excellent - easy walk to shops and restaurants (including the Marais) and right on the Metro No 1 line for easy access to all of the main tourist attractions. Also very close to the new outdoor walkway on old elevated train tracks modeled on NY's High Line.Communication with hosts was easy - they were very responsive. Gregoire went out of his way to let us in early when we arrived which we very much appreciated. Check out was simple as well. The only small criticism I have is that they do not provide coffee pods, tissues or bar soap (they will provide shampoo and body wash for a fee). That said, all other cleaning materials (for the washer dryer/ dishwasher, etc.) are provided and the apt is very well equipped with kitchen items, hair dryer, iron, etc.All in all a wonderful spot to which we would readily return!

Paris à l'automne

J'ai adoré l'emplacement, près du métro et de beaucoup de monuments mais avec une atmosphère pas seulement touristique. Il y a des restos à proximité mais aussi des épiceries, des boulangeries. etc L'appartement lui même est fraîchement rénové et très comfortable.
