Urban Myrtle Bungalow is the closest accommodation to Magnolia Market/Silos. Enjoy Waco and embrace the eclectic contemporary charm of this revitalized home. Urban Myrtle showcases a wood-and-white interior, a slight boho-chic aesthetic, an open-plan living/kitchen area, AMAZING bedrooms and baths. The private completely fenced backyard includes an outdoor covered patio dining space and inviting fire pit.

Convenient to Baylor University. Perfect for groups attending school and sporting events.

Nearly every amenity is provided at the Urban Myrtle. Upon arrival you will find luxury shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are spa amenities such as Epsom salt, face masks, makeup remover, and hair dryers. Luxury linens, towels and bathrobes are included along with a wide selection of cleaning supplies such as laundry soap and fabric softener. A full S'mores set is ready for the firepit, along with wood and fire starters. There is a cabinet full of games and outdoor games. We also include a bottle of wine for your stay, as well as bottles of water, many coffee options, sweeteners and creamers.

The primary bedroom has 1 king bed with a private bath. There is a shower and soaking tub. It is peaceful and comfy with luxury linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and many amenities. Robes are available in the primary closet.

The middle bedroom is cozy with luxury linens. There are 2 queen beds for sleeping, a seating chair, hooks, luggage rack, and luggage hanging cart with hangers.

The back bedroom is lovely with pretty windows and luxury linens. There is 1 queen bed and 1 twin XL bed. There is a seating chair and closet with room for hanging clothes.

All bedrooms and living room have a smart tv with YouTubeTV and Netflix accounts provided. Personal accounts can also be used.

There is a shared bath for the middle and back bedrooms with a shower. The vanity is separate from the bathroom providing for multiple guests to get ready simultaneously.

Thanksgiving Get a way

The house is great and especially if the weather is good. The back yard is made for entertaining! Between the fire pit and the smores kit we had a great time!

Hip Bungalow in Silos District

We loved Urban Myrtle! This house is well designed, and was stocked with several local products, coffee, & even drinks in the fridge. My kids loved the smores kit! Beautiful decor, yet also very comfortable for group of 8. Perfect location for walking to Magnolia & the Silos plus the Dr. Pepper Museum (which was a bonus for us!).

Wonderful ladies trip!

The house was beautifully decorated and had some amazing updates. It was also well stocked, more than any house I have stayed in before. They included so many things that made it feel really special. The back porch was great for visiting with a glass of wine. The bedding was so soft and comfortable. We were able to walk to Magnolia and several other restaurants for dinner. We will definitely be back!

What a lovely home and great location! Such a cute place, very clean and comfortable. Great parking, comfortable beds, loved the backyard, and the proximity to the Silos District was so nice! This place has lots of special touches, from the decor, a bottle of wine, the s’mores kit, and all the soaps and lotions, it just really felt like home. We walked to the Silos as well as to the Farmer’s Market and restaurants, really nice not to worry about having to park. Close also to Baylor to visit our son, this certainly beats a hotel! Great stay and friendly hosts, will definitely be back!

Perfect accommodations and perfect location. The urban Myrtle was a great home that was comfortable, uniquely decorated with some quirky decor. A book which told you everything you needed to know and then some. We had our yearly girl cousin trip at the urban Myrtle and really enjoyed ourselves. There were 8 of us and the accommodations worked out perfect. This is definitely a 5 star.

Is just the beginning! What a lovely, sparkling clean home! Our Host Jodi was so accommodating and her communication back and forth with us was fantastic. From complimentary s’mores to bottled water and a welcome bottle of wine upon arrival, our experience at Urban exceeded our expectations! Not to mention, the Silos were visible from the kitchen window! Great property!!

This property is beautiful and perfectly located for trips to both the Magnolia Silos and Baylor. The home owner has thought of everything to make the stay memorable and comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard and making smores with the firepit.
