Centrally located, this fully-stocked, ultra-cozy home is only 1/2 mile (3 minute drive) from the Magnolia Silos, and 1 mile (4 minute drive) to Baylor and downtown Waco! This newly built 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has wild west vibes and lots of space! Each bedroom has its own 65" smart TV, and 2 bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms!

Bedrooms:
All 4 bedrooms have comfy queen-size memory foam mattresses with hypoallergenic casings, and 65” flat-screen smart TVs. 2 bedrooms have private, en-suite bathrooms.

Bathrooms: All 3 bathrooms feature beautifully custom-tiled walk-in showers, complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. 2 hair dryers are provided.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked for baking and cooking. The coffee bar has a Keurig plus pods, creamers and syrups.

Dining: Seating for 8 at the large dining table.

Living: Comfy sectional plus 2 chairs and a 75” smart TV.

Patio: Plenty of seating for hanging out or dining, ping-pong table and cornhole as well!

Very nice, charming newer property. Owner very responsive to requests. Some construction still going on behind property but it did not bother us for the most part. Many helpful things on site (nice pots, pans, electric beater, shampoo/conditioner, etc). Plenty of seating for our extended family, which was great for graduation dinner.

This home seemed brand new. Everything was clean and nice. We didn’t see it listed on the home prior to arrival but there is a ping pong table and corn hole on the back patio for outdoor activities. Area was quiet and close to all things Baylor and downtown Waco. Would recommend for others!
