Nestled into the hillside and surrounded by lofty pine trees, the Evergreen log cabin is waiting to show you why it is the most popular rental on the Pine Cove property. You may want to spend your time on the peaceful front porch where the Adirondack chairs and wooden swing for two allow you to unwind as you listen to the birds and gaze at the idyllic pond nearby. The fire ring and charcoal grill give added reason to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, but there is plenty to entice you inside as well.

Living Room:
From the hardwood floors to the A-frame ceiling supported by roughhewn beams, your surroundings exude rustic comfort. Stretch out on the comfy sofa or lounge in the oversized chair as you binge-watch your favorite shows on the 50 inch Roku TV. Flip the switch to ignite the fireplace encased in hand-cut stone and curl up with a good book or take a much-deserved nap. Windows on each wall and in the ceiling's peak allow plenty of natural light and outdoor beauty to enter your hideaway. And the fireside table, bench, and chairs are the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or remember why you loved playing that old board game you brought along just in case.

Kitchen:
Your full kitchen is home to a refrigerator with a freezer and a four-burner stove with an oven. There are ample pots and pans if you feel like making your favorite vacation meal, or a microwave oven for heating up the leftovers from one of our amazing restaurants in town. A toaster and drip coffee maker round out the appliances which are at your disposal.

Bedroom:
A queen-sized, Amish-made, pillow top mattress rests on an elevated pinewood base and just dares you to not get lost in the cozy comfort of your main floor bedroom. The adjoining bathroom boasts a two-person premium tiled shower with glass doors as well as an above counter stoneware sink with antique farmhouse fixtures

Bedroom 2:
A second bedroom awaits as you climb the stairs to settle in underneath the sloping roof of the cabin picturesque loft. Slide the half barn door closed to cover the window at the head of your bed or leave it open to let the moonlight shine through. You may want to relax in the overstuffed chair that is across from your bed, or better yet, in the two-person stone encased jetted tub which is the highlight of your secluded space.

Quiet, Peaceful Property
Quiet, Peaceful Property. Check in and out was very easy. Cabin clean but really needs a deep clean. Upper exterior windows need power washed. Removal of fallen tree on front porch, various branches and pine needles on roof would make the property appealing again. Very close to heart of Amish Country. Great few days for much needed getaway.

Nice Place
My wife and I grew up in the area and decided to head back for our anniversary weekend. The property was nice and the location is right in the middle of Amish country for those looking to take part in touring the area. The house was mostly clean, but it could use a deep clean. We noticed fairly significant dust buildup in several areas (fan, behind bed headboards, etc). The kitchen could also use a few more items- baking sheets, cooking spray, and maybe a couple other small niceties. Remember, it’s Amish country and there are very few food options after business hours- especially on Sundays/ Holidays. The hot tub was a nice feature and we really enjoyed sitting in it while watching the snow fall. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. We were just looking to unwind without the kids for a couple of days and we accomplished that goal. Visitors should make sure they understand the area they are visiting and set their expectations accordingly.
