Welcome to Sunset Villa, a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the peaceful soundside of Navarre Beach in the popular Sunset Harbor community. With serene water views, a community pool, and just a short stroll to the Gulf’s sugar-white sands, this is the perfect coastal escape for your group of 4–5.
Inside, you'll find a fresh, clean aesthetic with new flooring throughout (no carpet!), brand new kitchen appliances, and stylish new bedroom furniture. The open-concept living area offers a large flat-screen TV visible from both the kitchen and great room, perfect for laid-back movie nights after a day in the sun.
The queen-sized primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A second bedroom includes two twin beds and access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. There’s also a futon in the living room to accommodate one additional guest.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up meals or beach-day snacks. Enjoy casual dining at the breakfast bar (seats 3), the dining table (seats 2), or step outside and savor your meal on the balcony with stunning unobstructed sound views and breathtaking sunsets.
Just outside your door is the community pool and picnic area with grills, and a quick walk brings you to the emerald waters and white sand beach of the Gulf.

Amazing views of sunset!

We loved staying here. My main reason for choosing this property was the balcony view, but it was the perfect size for our family. It rained most mornings till lunch and the condo was comfortable for us to lounge and watch movies. The folks who manage this place were top-notch with excellent communication. We would stay there again.

PERFECTION!

Great sunset on the sound.

Perfect for our family of four. Played and snorkeled in the calm waters of the sound and drove a short drive to all the beach access points. Manager always responded to questions. Great pool for after the beach.

Perfect set-up for a small family of 5.

This was our second year staying on the property but first year staying in the Villas. We really like the first floor unit and everything functioned well. A short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the shallow calm waters of the sound. We shored our sea doos with anchors and ropes near the fishing pear and would make daily rides to Navarre bridge area. We are already planning our next visit and will use this unit again for sure!

Great Condo!

We had a great experience at the Sunset Village Beach House. The location was amazing. Easy walk to the beach and sound and pool nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Only issues were the deadbolt on the door was confusing and we needed to get clarification on which pool we used since there were two and one had a a pin code. The only other suggestion I have is the fitted sheet on the queen bed does not stay on well because of the mattress pad so you may need to get a bigger one or a stretchy one!

Magical For Us

We brought our grandchild (10 yrs) to Florida. She was absolutely excited and this condo was perfect. Beautiful sight of the water from the patio. Great layout and so very clean. Beach theme and big bathrooms so nice. Perfect condo for all amenities in the area. We could not have asked for a more perfect condo. Kitchen made breakfasts and dinners a joy to be with family. Nothing lacking. On our return we will definitely book this condo. Don't miss out and book this one because it made tremendous lifetime memories for us!

We started with a crew of 6 but as my kids have gotten older, that number has dwindled to 3. With it just being 3 of us, Sunset Villa was perfect. While it is not directly on the ocean, there is a lovely Western view of the sound. This was the perfect choice for my wife, daughter and I. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it was ideal. T

We checked in late, but it was no exception to check out later than 9 AM. Also, the stove was not working properly. It would get hot and cold as it wishes whether we crank it to high or low which was inconvenient because it was the outer stove. Had to use the inside stove to cook our food correctly.

When we have back to back guests, there is no leeway for late check outs. Our housekeepers need that time to prepare for our next guests. This is the first we are hearing about the stove. Had you alled us, we could have sent somwone out to look at it! We are only a phone call away.

Not very guest friendly. Not enough toilet paper & expected to run laundry & dishwasher with only 1 detergent for each. One VERY small television that can only be seen by 2 people on one couch. Back sliding door almost inoperable. No kleenex. Rug in master bedroom doesn't allow you to open closet & a hazzard. Painting looks to have been done by a kindergartner.
