Very cozy two-bedroom house in a very safe, older neighborhood. Easy to get to all the attractions in Asheville. Excellent amenities, nice beds, well-equipped kitchen. Even had snacks for us in addition to the usual coffee/tea selection.Only negative was the shower in guest bath. No grab bars to get in and out. Tub could be slippery. We are seniors - had to all use the shower because of that. Would recommend adding grab bars for safety, as well as a few towel bars.We really enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing little house in a great location.Comfortable beds, and good quality kitchen utensils and cookware make a huge difference. We loved all the Easter decorations and attention to detail. I’ve stayed at 10 VRBOs and this is #1 on my list. Hope to be back!

The property location is ideal for exploring Asheville. It sits slightly southwest of the city proper and Biltmore area. You can get to any district easily and fairly quickly. I enjoyed the farmer markets (districts have different days: usually Thursday, Friday, Saturday but may be more). The home is in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood. Lots of greenery and birds! I highly recommend the home! You'll also be delighted by the "goodies" provided - that's all I'm gonna say cause I don't want to spoil the surprise!

The home was so cozy and welcoming. It was definitely a sight for sore eyes after staying at 2 other VRBO’s on this trip from Texas that were barely ok.
