Home was just as described and was the perfect location for our weekend visit to Asheville where we were in town for a wedding. Owner was communicative and helpful and property was also great for our dog.
The house was exactly what we needed for a quick get away. Very clean, great communication. Great location to get to West Asheville and downtown. The outdoor space really made the stay special too.
This cozy home was super close to downtown Asheville and has a great Mountain View from the front porch. It had everything we needed, was clean and quaint. We would love to visit again.
The check in process went smoothly. The home was well equipped for what we needed. The dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. A cozy house in the country close to downtown. We recommend this home!
enjoyed being away from "Sounds of the city" yet close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The fenced in yard was nice for our little Yorkie who doesn't get out too much without a leash. Would definitely book this property again.
Loved fenced in yard for pups, cute space, REALLY cold in the house this time of year, comfy beds, No working TV in master, no dishwasher pods. Would stay again!
It was a great location, away from the city but short commute to downtown. A few quirks, but we adapted and eventually got them worked out. Homeowner was very easy to work with.
Beautiful location in West Asheville with large yard for my daughter to play outside. Beds were comfy and the TV had lots of online choices for the whole family. We enjoyed preparing meals while watching the wildlife outside the kitchen window. Eating and entertaining on the porch was quiet and relaxing. Great stay and I hope to be back in the future.
Very clean, quiet place to stay. Communication is prompt and any issues handled accordingly although we never had any issues other than Wi-Fi password I believe but we were asked several times if there was anything we needed and communication was always open.
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do, like going to River Arts district, the Biltmore, Pisgah hikes, fabulous restaurants. It was quiet and off the road. We greatly appreciated that it was pet friendly! A few small things could be improved, the dishes provided and the towels, but overall we had a great time and would rent again.

The land was absolutely beautiful and I was lovely to sit outside while our daughter napped and relax. The home was nice and simple, exactly what we were looking for in our stay.
My friend and I totally enjoyed our stay there. Especially the cleanliness and the privacy. The deck overlooking the backyard, which was lovely for any pups that get to stay there, and also it he view of the mountains was incredible. The bedrooms were spacious and had adequate storage spaces, kitchen was fairly well equipped. We were a little confused at trying to get the door keys out of the lock box. Directions said something about a red button that we couldn’t find. But we eventually figured it out. Would definitely come back.
Please read the fine print. I reserved this home because of the hot tub, I missed the comment that said it wasn’t operational until October. The house was cute and convenient just really disappointed about the hot tub.

It was very easy to find the property and check in. The setting was lovely, very quiet and serene. The home all of the basics we needed for a short stay. I was a little dismayed at a musty smell when we walked in, though not uncommon in older homes and the climate in July is pretty steamy. The individual AC units worked fairly well, but had to run almost constantly. The doors to the bedrooms were sticky, sometimes challenging to open and close. I consider those minor details. My main issue was that one of the bedrooms was infested with fleas. I love that the home is pet friendly (we didn’t bring any pets) but that requires a certain level of cleaning after each stay involving an animal. It took me a couple of days to figure out what was going on (mosquitoes? Chiggers? Bed bugs??) so I sent a message the last day to which I received no reply. For that reason, I would not book here again. Things go awry, I understand that - but it is my expectation that if there is a real problem with the property, it will be acknowledged and addressed.
This house was exactly what we needed. Our pup loved the fenced in yard. The hot tub is well maintained, and exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. The house was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. It was located so close to everything we needed.
