Nature and Animal lovers will enjoy the woods in the rear of the cottage. Also plenty of animals to see on the property if your quiet and observant.Deer,rabbits,weasels,chipmunks, foxes, plenty of beautiful types of birds . Property has shed with plenty of useful camping/beach extras to help enjoy your stay. Enjoy your privacy and fire pit at night and watch the fireflies light up the woods. From Hamilton originally and moved out to Fort Erie. Enjoy nature walks on the friendship trail, going to the water and catching the Jr B Meteors games. I enjoy being a host by showing people the property on arrival and seeing their overall happiness of the property!
Why they chose this property
I chose this area for retirement, as it is a beautiful relaxing peaceful environment. So close to many beach fronts, Friendship Trail. Fort Erie Meteors Jr B hockey, rec centre and park all on same street. Also many golf course in town. Restaurants and stores very close. All utilities on town, also tucked back and private. Overall just a Beautiful location, with that small town feel!
What makes this property unique
Very cute, large property tucked back from the road. Making this property peaceful and quite. No rear neighbour's, woods in the back. Side neighbour's with beautiful houses and properties. Overall beautiful neighborhood that's beams with pride.
