Stylish beach front house with stunning views

Enjoy the beach views from the spacious open plan living areas in our uniquely designed "bure" style bach. Bask in the sun on the front deck, or stroll across the front lawn to unspoiled Te Horo Beach. Great swimming in summer, beach walks all seasons.

In summer, enjoy al fresco meals with friends under the pergola in the pretty coastal garden. In winter, relax by the wood fire with a good book, board games, watch your favourite DVDs on the large curved screen TV. or just curl up on the window seat and watch the waves roll in.

Whatever the season, express your competitive spirit with pool, board game, or petanque (a glass of wine in hand).

With local ingredients from nearby farmers markets you can cook up a storm on the BBQ or in the well equipped kitchen. Or enjoy local cafes and restaurants. At risk to the waistline, it's a 15 minute stroll to Kirsty's bus-stop cafe in Sims Rd.

Stylishly furnished: go to sleep to the sound of the waves:
beds are set up with quality linen, towels, and all you need do arrive and enjoy. 3 bedrooms in the house, and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite). Bedroom 4 (sleepout attached to the garage) is currently in use for storage but queen bed may be available on request. Heaters and electric blankets keep the bedrooms warm

There is "work from home" space in the main bedroom, which also has its own TV.

Only an hour from Wellington on the expressway, or 10 minutes from Waikanae Rail Station, and ten minutes from Otaki's shopping village.

A great venue for a weekend away from the city, or an extended family reunion. Mature renters welcome; the house is less suitable for pre schoolers. Our base rates cover up to 4 guests, and a charge applies for additional guests up to the maximum of 7 adults plus child (on stretcher). The house is not available for parties or gatherings of guests beyond those in residence.
