Quiet and comfortable

We had a good time. The place is exceptionally quiet and private. We chose checkers to play from the large selection of games and ate every meal outside under the oaks looking at all the birds.

Cute barn away from the hustle and bustle

While a bit oddly laid out, the barn cabin was a perfect landing spot for my husband and I after a long day in the mountains and exploring all southern Oregon has to offer. The private and spacious backyard was a lovely place to spend the morning with a cup of coffee and the quiet evenings. The beds and kitchen were better than most places I've stayed.

This is a quaint little place and we enjoyed it very much. It is quiet and the hosts were very hands off which was a plus. It is very clean and tastefully furnished. It was most delightful! Having a separate bldg for laundry is very thoughtful and a huge plus.

Owner needs to do pest control badly, lost count how many spiders we killed, moths out of control, ants in the shower, and ear wigs. The internet never worked. The so called AC unit wasn't even big enough for the room it's in, they need to install split system units in each room in order to justify saying there's AC, was hot and miserable for several days of our stay.

We take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:-We're sorry to hear your stay wasn't as comfortable as it should have been, and we appreciate you sharing your experience so we can continue to improve.-The A/C unit is visible in the listing photos and has typically kept the home comfortable, but we understand that extreme heat can sometimes make it feel less effective. We'll explore long-term solutions to help future guests stay cool.-We haven’t had bug concerns reported before, but we’re reaching out to our pest control and cleaning teams to take a closer look and make sure everything is in great shape.-As for the internet, we regularly test the connection and hadn’t encountered issues prior to your stay. Unfortunately, it looks like there was an unexpected service outage that the provider resolved just after your departure.Thanks again for your feedback—we're always working to create the best possible experience for our guests.
