Thank you for choosing to stay in our bach during your visit to Tairua. A lovely family who we are very happy to recommend to other owners. All the best for the New Year.
Jan was very welcoming and popped by when we arrived. She was kind enough to let us borrow some shovels as we were heading to hot water beach that evening and let us know we were welcome to pick some of the plums off the tree outside. It was a simple kiwi bach and the best part is location!
great hosts and the bach is ideal, very central location, ideal for walks to shops, golf course, harbour, thanks jan and craig will return soon, oh and mintie will entertain you as well.

We had a lovely stay at this bach. The owner is very friendly, helpful and communicative, we're really grateful. They also thought of every possible need in the bach so the stay is very comfortable.
Great little old school bach all self contained. Very clean and comfortable had everything we needed. The place made us feel relaxed like home away from home. The main road location was perfect for us.
Gorgeous wee treasure nestled away from the hub and bub but also very close to the township. It has everything you need for a relaxing or active holiday. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Jan, for sharing your holiday crib/bach with us.
This was the second time we stayed. An old kiwi bach with all that is needed for a comfortable home away from home. We travelled, this & last time as a small multi generation family group. Will stay when in the area.

Good location close to town
The location was good as close to town and beach. The accommodation was quite dated and the floors were not level which was a bit disconcerting!

Hi, thanks for your review. You are staying in the original 1950s kiwi bach when you book, concrete floors and retro furnishings and accessories. Its not the Ritz. Its clean and well presented. Sorry you felt 'disconcerting', a new description for our quaint period bach.
This Kiwi Bach was a wonderful base for us (a group of 3 friends) to explore the Coromandel Peninsula. Very comfortable, clean and tidy with all required amenities. Hosts were lovely, as was their little dog Minty. Would highly recommend!
I enjoyed staying in a clean space in a good location with kind managers.
