Fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, Heat pump to keep you toasty and warm in winter. Separate shower and bath in bathroom. Laundry facilities in garage. Large smart tv with freeview and wifi .2 min walk to beach. Large hooded gas barbeque. Plenty of parking for boats and cars. Walking distance to town, restaurants and cafes.

Big beautiful house for our short stay. Nice facilities - bathroom, laundry, kitchen. The house was relatively clean however there was an ant infestation throughout parts of the house. Would be helpful to have basic kitchen items like sugar, coffee and cooking oil.

18 Pipi Dune - home away from home

This house is well maintained , clean and is near to the important places in town. Short walk to the beach front and esplanade. Highly recommended!

Great family accommodation

Just perfect for an extended weekend, with two small families (four pre-schoolers) - so handy having the bath, the drive-in garage, plenty of space, a fenced in yard, covered deck area, breakfast bar and high chair. The place is a really good size to have family over for a meal, with the indoor and outdoor dining areas, and the BBQ. We really appreciated the air-con during the humid weather too!! Had everything we needed, and the host is great to communicate with.

Overall stay was good. Close to beach and easy walk to shops/restaurants in Whitianga.Lots of room in the accomodation. Think would benefit from a lockbox or second set of keys for those staying at the house. A coffee plunger would be a good addition. Would be nice if had bedside lamps in the second bedroom as well as a bathroom bin and some hand soap in bathroom too. Having to bring all own towels and sheets was something would like to avoid in the future. I didn’t know this was the case from original listing. The dustpan for the dustpan and brush has seen better days too.

The property is perfect for a family group. Eveything you need for self catering. Clean and tidy with lovely outdoor area and plenty of space. Highly recommend great communication with Heather after we left something behind.

Our stay was amazing, this is a perfect place to be based to explore the Coromandel peninsula, great for young children, in a quiet and safe area. I definitely recommend it for families. Clean, spacious place, near the beach, the highway and town.

Short break away

Great property with plenty of room to move around. We didn’t have to worry about being on top of each other. 5 minute drive to centre of town, 5 minute walk to the sea - would stay again. Thanks for having us!
