About this property

Amazing views with a big yard, pickleball court, and lots of parking!

Completed in 2020, our custom designed retreat was built to maximize the incredible scenery of Bear Lake and provide the perfect opportunity for memorable family experiences. Tucked into the side of the Rocky Mountains, with amazing views of the blue Bear Lake, you will make lasting memories staying with family and friends at Big Pine Lake House. Our house can sleep 30 with 8 bedrooms (1 bunk room), 7 bathrooms, bonus room, has 2 gathering rooms, and a covered deck with a lake view that provides a beautiful backdrop for your family getaway. The large kitchen is equipped with a double oven, large dining table, 11 foot breakfast bar, drinking fountain and 2 refrigerators/freezers. Outdoor eating space with lake views and another deck off the back of the home with a large grill. Enjoy the sport court provided with equipment with pickleball and basketball hoop.

This property is amazing, beautifully designed home. Great location, stunning views. The kitchen had everything I needed. My friends and I plan on coming back. The water was so nice to come home after a long day at the beach. The parking met all of our needs. Corey and Rachel have thought of everything! See you next time!

Great location! Beautiful clean home in mountain area where we saw several moose and deer. Our group of 15 enjoyed our time, and would come back. Highlights: Deck was incredible! We spent a lot of time out there. Pickleball and basketball court was a blast in the evening, but don’t loose a ball. Great amenities!We did have a few issues with cold showers and a recurring sound in certain bedrooms throughout the night. (Be sure to bring your ear plugs)

We were surprised to hear about the hot water and nighttime noise concerns, as we haven’t had either issue reported by previous or subsequent guests. The home is equipped with a large commercial-grade water heater designed to accommodate groups of this size. We reached out after seeing your review hoping to better understand what you experienced so we could investigate, but unfortunately we weren’t able to connect. Very nice place to stay. Everything was as represented. The views are beautiful. The beds and amenities were excellent. It would be a perfect 5 except for the WIFI was inconsistent affecting the ability to work remote. Great memories made on this trip!

Family Gathering

This is an excellent property. Everything is highly organized and accessible. The sports court was enjoyed, as well as the large yard. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, equipment, and pans. The patio is amazing with gorgeous views.

This house is beautiful and was just the perfect size for our family. We loved the grassy area for corn hole and we especially enjoyed playing on the pickleball court. The house was stocked very well also. We did encounter quite a few spiders though, especially in the basement. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to booking in the future.
