Great location, right on the beach. Clean and comfortable. Be aware there isn’t an elevator so you will be walking up and down 2 flights of stairs with all your beach gear. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.

We fought with the master bedroom bed every night as the fitted sheet was the wrong size leaving us sleeping on a plastic cover which absolutely was annoying. Furniture in the living area was very cheap and uncomfortable. Unit was very clean and access to pool and beach were as advertised. Upgraded Furniture and bedding would make the stay much more comfortable. We didnt have good night rest sleeping on a plastic bed cover.

Enjoyed our stay. Very easy check-in and received all the necessary information numerous times plus a reminder of what needed to be done prior to leaving.

Unfortunately, this unit was not cleaned prior to check-in. There was dried vomit all over the bedroom floor. There was dirt on the walls. Our feet and socks were black from the floors. The couch was filthy and had stains on it. And the worst part of it all is there was literally mold on the dishes in the cabinet.

Beachfront Getaway

Unit was clean, convenient to Myrtle Beach's restaurants, shopping and attractions. Listing was accurate except there is no elevator. HVAC worked very well. Contact was responsive to questions and willing to help.

My family and I had a nice time and loved the beach access. We also loved the condo. Plenty of space for a family of 4. It was difficult to take luggage up and down the stairs for all of us, but I overlooked that because of how peaceful it was there. My main complaint is the air conditioning. The first night we were there it was 77 degrees despite being set on 71. I contacted the owner and got an immediate response and willingness to help- which I liked. I decided to give it overnight- it was very hot outside and there was a lot of going in and out. The next morning it cooled off and by that second night it was 71 and stayed that way until our last night. It then all of a sudden went up to 77 degrees and wouldn’t go down. We got the worst sleep and hauling our stuff down the next morning left us sweaty and about to pass out. Something different needs to be done with the AC unit. Also, the couch needs to be cleaned. Other than that, we had a wonderful vacation. It was very quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed the pool as well. Our kids liked it as well.

This condo was a very nice condo. Easy beach access and the place was clean. The beach view was nice and the balcony was nice to sit out on at night. The area was quiet and felt safe. The only negatives I have to say about the place is there were no trash bags on the kitchen trash cans and no sample size dishwasher soap left as complementary. The master bathroom toilet seat was about to fall off every time you sat on the toilet. It needs to be replaced. Other than those two things I have no complaints. It was a nice area.

We loved the area itself and the pool was a nice addition!Pros: spacious condo for a wonderful price, beautiful views of the ocean and pool, quiet and family friendly, great communication!Cons: we aren’t ones to complain but a few things we want to be honest about…the condo lacked cleanliness - especially the kitchen supplies and floors (we had to wear shoes at all times because our feet were black with dirt if not) , it took several hours to cool off the condo enough to feel comfortable and it felt humid inside the whole stay, even though it was July. We also had an encounter with several roaches as well. We enjoyed our stay for the most part but hope these things are fixed in the future!
