- A photo ID and an additional $7 fee per package are required to retrieve packages at the property. Guests must fold cardboard shipping boxes and place them in the dumpster outside the Receiving Office
- The valet requires an additional fee to be paid upon arrival. Valet costs for stays between 3-7 nights are $100; valet costs for stays between 8-14 nights are $125; valet costs for stays between 15-21 nights are $150; and valet costs for stays between 22-31 nights are $175

Natalia was an amazing host. She thought of everything that you could possibly need for a great week in the sun and at the Beach. We came with a group of about 25 people and everyone raved about how our condo was the best of the bunch. We had a great time and I will definitely be back!

Furnishings and views top of the line. Kitchen had no large pot ie to cook spaghetti. A/C constantly going on and off and very loud. Location and amenities very nice. Emailed host to ask for 1 hour earlier check in but never received reply. Valet attendent that had to pay before I could check in was on telephone speaking a foreign language the entire time I waited. Just able to check in before 5pm closing.

There were a few communication issues at the start of our stay. We arrived at 9 pm and hadn’t been given the suite number, so we had to make a late-night call to the owner. Fortunately, she answered right away, and we were able to get into the suite without much delay.Once inside, the suite was exactly as described—very modern and well-equipped. Our teenage children loved how tech‑friendly it was, with plenty of charging stations and large smart TVs. It made it easy for us to log into our apps and enjoy lots of holiday movies together.We love cooking as a family, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for showers. The only small suggestion would be adding a second dish towel in the kitchen since we cooked and cleaned a lot.The pool area was nice, with plenty of chairs for sunbathing, and beach access was conveniently located on-site. Just be aware that the pool staff is quite strict—they were walking around checking everyone out and families weren’t allowed to play music on Bluetooth speakers and had to use headphones instead. Also, note that there is a parking fee, though it seems that’s common in the area.All in all, the suite was great! Beautiful views from the balcony, and lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby.

I have been coming to all parts of Florida for years. I really do not like to complain but i must say this property was disliked for many reasons. I will start with the simple things. The kitchen had no toaster so i went out and purchased one. Had to leave it there because of traveling on a plane. The kitchen ice maker did not work. The TV took an act of God to figure out how to work and the internet would work only part time so that is when the TV would work.In the main bath the shower curtain was pretty much hanging on by a thread. The stool cover was very loose and needed to be tightened. In the half bath you could rock the sink back and forth on the vanity.This place really needs a lot of cosmetic work to be able to rent out for the price they rent it for. I feel i at least paid 400.00 to much and that is being generous.The biggest thing of all is the 798 rules they have (exaggerating a bit) but itvis like you were held in a prison. Don't expect to have to much fun hear because it won't and they wont allow it. They charge for any and everything they possibly can There is no organization. You need to run one place to get this thing and another to get that thing.They do NOTpost the rules this place has on the website because they probably would never rent any out. I also had family that stayed in another unit and big parts of thei flooring was missing. The pictures on the website were from the very first day.

Condo was darling!

The Condo and Christian were awesome! However, when inquiring about the parking, we were told it was 100 whether you stay over one night or seven nights. We only had a car for two nights. It was not valet parking as we always parked ourselves. I didn't feel this was clear enough in the listing. We thought we were paying 20 per day. When we went to do laundry, it said we would have to pay 2 for washing and 2 for drying. We had to have a special white card which only they could provide. We got the white card, (we only wanted 4 to wash and dry one load), but we had to purchase by credit card a minimum of 10. The building was very secure which being three ladies, we appreciated. If you wanted to rent an umbrella and chairs for the beach, you had to go to the building next door to pay. You also had to go to the building next door to pay for valet parking which was NOT valet parking! The owners left many supplies in the condo which we appreciated not having to purchase, i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, salt & pepper, dishwashing pods! We would rent this condo again but be more prepared for the extras. Nicely decorated and clean!
