WE LOVED THE HOUSE AND THE LOCATION WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE HOUSE HAD ANYTHING YOU COULD OR WOULD NEED.
PROPERTY OWNER WAS VERY ATTENTATIVE AND ALLOWED US TO STAY AN EXTRA NIGHT AS I MESSED UP AND ONLY RESERVED THE HOUSE FOR 1 NIGHT AND WE NEEDED 2 NIGHTS. THANK YOU JENNIFER
Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay in Asheville. This home is equipped with everything you can imagine and more. It’s in a secluded neighborhood because of its unique position off the street - we only saw trees in the summer and didn’t hear or see a neighbor. There is room for teens, the active, the ones seeking peace and relaxation.
The home is well-appointed, impeccably clean, well-decorated. 90-year-old Grandma loved the lift from the garage so she could skip trying the steps. UberEats delivered in a snap and an Ingles supermarket is only 5 minutes away on a street that offers all kind of convenience stores and businesses. This home is within 20 minutes or less to any tourist spot.
Would be happy to come back over and over again. Thanks for making our stay so effortless.
This property was perfect! Clean, quality appliances, well stocked kitchen. I always travel with anything I think might be missing… big pot, spices, extra paper towels, etc. Save the space in your car it’s all there! Loved having a fenced in yard for the dogs! (The stairs are steep but doable.) Bonus there was a fire pit that I didn’t see listed in the post. If you have little ones with you be sure to bring an expandable gate for the stairs. Something to keep in mind if you are planning on having kids in the bunk beds…the bunk beds are open down in the game room which makes it hard for the grown ups to stay up and play in the game room if they are in bed. We put the littles to bed up stairs and moved them down when we were done for the night. Speaking of the game room just wow! Loved it! The big open space gave the littles room to run too. Finally the location, really could not have been better, the house is convenient to Biltmore, tap rooms, grocery stores, you name it, it was within 10-15 minutes! 100% would stay here again.
Wonderful property enjoyed by 9 adults and 3 kids ages 5, 8, &11. Convenient to hiking and downtown Asheville. Highlight was the awesome basement with board games and table games for whole family to enjoy! We also loved hanging out on the large deck and soaking in the hot tub at night.
Kitchen had all tools necessary to prepare meals. Sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly for our crew. It was a great weekend in which many happy memories were created!
Jennifer was a great host and I couldn't recommend this home more for a get away! The basement had plenty of activities, the house was spacious and clean, and the Blackstone grill was great to cook on! Location was 15 minutes from downtown and conveniently 2 miles away from an Ingles grocery store. Would definitely stay again!
We stayed in this house with a group of 10 and it was perfect. The house is in a great location and close to just about everything. Very comfortable and spacious home. Our favorite parts were playing games in the basement and sitting on the porch. Would highly recommend this house to anyone.
We had a wonderful group of twelve friends stay at this lovely, LARGE, palace in a serene part of Asheville. The space is extremely well equipped for a large group and the basement game room provided hours of enjoyment. We very much recommend this house for large family gatherings or friends weekend get-togethers.
My family really enjoyed the stay. It was a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day outdoors. The kids especially enjoyed the basement with all the games and space to play.
