Great outdoor spaces including large front deck, hot tub, covered patio area, gas grilling area and fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Indoor, gather together in this open floor plan with electric fireplace. Three bedrooms plus foyer area with twin daybed. Do note this home only has one bathroom. Home backs to National forest with trail head for miles of hiking/biking just 1/2 mile away. Downtown Asheville is approx. 15 minutes. Biltmore House 20 minutes. Asheville Outlets 10 minutes.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property in 2016 due to the stunning views and closeness to our personal home. I thought it would make a great vacation getaway for those seeking a mountain getaway that is close enough to town to enjoy all that vibrant Asheville has to offer. I completed a full renovation of the property and am now happy to share it with guests. We have been renting it since June 2016 and have hosted more than 150 stays through VRBO/Homeaway and other travel sites
