Pets friendly, spacious 5 bedroom home located about 10 minutes walk to the beach, the local store/takeaway, the Cossie Club where you can enjoy a drink and a meal (check their Facebook page) , the skate park, tennis court and the bowling club. 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets (one is separate).The property is fully fenced with a lovely private courtyard at the front plus secure rear section. Open plan kitchen/dining, and a separate air conditioned lounge and TV make for plenty of room to relax. Please bring your own towels. The garage is not available.

Great property, great location ,propery manager forgot when we were to arrive and thought we were a day early but we were booked on the correct day we arrived, lawns very long, floors were filthy and we complained but nothing was done except the response ‘I don’t do the cleaning. Had to wear shoes inside as floor was sticky and our feet were black with filth, trying to obtain correct number to lock to gain entry or exit from bbq area took 4 days as kept being given wrong number until last night therefore only one entry or exit if there was an emergency. We had to clean the place to stay there . Had a baby visit but would not let him down due to grime and dirt between the floor boards. We left the place in much better condition than we found it due to me being immune compromised had to clean it before able to stay. Issue could have been dealt with easily by property manager by getting cleaner in or even coming to look after we complained and showed photos but really no cares given re our complaints. Totally unacceptable state of cleanliness and if another property was available we would have moved to another property immediately but unfortunately everything was booked.

The property was pet friendly, clean and easy to segregate in order to warm one area without wasting heat. Their was ample parking. We did not stay long enough to need shops/cafes etc.

Great beach bach for families

We had a great time there, able to play boardgames on the large dining table and go to the beach. Five bedrooms including 2 extensions giving on the lounge that had glass doors, ok for keeping an eye on children I suppose, but adults may feel less comfortable. Plenty of options for toilets and showers with a bathroom with toilets +shower, a separate shower in the laundry and separate toilets. Lovely front garden with well sheltered patio and succulents everywhere, we were enjoying being there while the wind was making it freezing cold at the beach. Small lawn area at the back. It took us more than double the announced time to walk to the beach and playground but we have a toddler... The worst point was the cleanliness (or lack thereof) when we arrived, our feet quickly turned black and we had to rewash all dishes we used. The absence of blackout curtains was compensated by the presence of blinds, and our bedroom could get dark for proper naps (or sleep-ins, but that wasn't on our program...). We didn't cook much, so can't really comment on kitchen options. One of the neighbours did some diy and woke some of us at 8h45 on an Easter Sunday, but otherwise the place was quiet.
