Excellent stay! Wonderful communication for any needs or questions. Great location close to everything. Quiet neighborhood good for walking. Kitchen is well equipped for all needs. Comfy mattresses & linens. Movie room made a great gathering spot. Backyard is spacious & perfect for entertaining with a lovely spa. Shout out to Ric who helped us find this terrific house among his many properties!

Overall, we had a comfortable stay at this Arizona home, though there were a few discrepancies between the listing and reality, along with some maintenance issues.On the positive side, the house was incredibly clean when we arrived, and the host was highly responsive whenever we reached out. The home served as a cozy, comfortable base for our trip. However, the property did have several downsides. The pictures in the listing made the house look significantly bigger than it actually is. Additionally, the backyard did not live up to expectations, as some of the outdoor furniture was broken. Inside, we also noticed that some floor tiles were broken, and the shower head in the downstairs bathroom was not working.All in all, it is a comfortable place to stay with great communication from the host, but the property itself definitely needs some maintenance updates and more accurate listing photos.
