This charming cottage offers three cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, making it the perfect retreat for families, couples, or friends. Nestled in a prime location, you'll be just steps away from beautiful parks, mouthwatering restaurants, and all the vibrant attractions that downtown Pensacola has to offer. Bring your pet with you on your vacay!(Pet Fee required) Please make sure to pay the pet fee of $100; if a pet stays with us undisclosed, a penalty fee of $100 is charged to your account.

The downtown Pensacola area is changing. Lots of new restaurants, bars, attractions and a minor league baseball stadium. Home to the Navy Blue Angels precision flying team (watch them practice on Tues/Wed am), 2017 Southern Champion Blue Wahoos Double A professional baseball team, and plenty of special events will keep you busy while you are here.

Fantastic location to our downtown Pensacola area. Historical to New homes, make sure you visit Joe Patti's' Seafood Shop, catch a Blue Wahoos baseball game or learn about the history of Pensacola while strolling the downtown streets. Of course, you are about 15 mins to our famous White Sandy Pensacola Beach. We Live Where Others Vacation.

The check-in was easy and our landlord was available at any time.The house was fully equipped with all tools necessary and it was clean and neat. An outdoor sitting area was provided and the property is fully fenced, all is super dog-friendly. A dog park is literally around the corner in a friendly family style neighborhood. For children a nice playground is in the park also.Our host kindly left some suggestions for local restaurants and places to see other than the beaches.

We had a great stay at this vacation rental! We arrived early and were able to check in a bit ahead of time, which was really appreciated. We did report a minor issue, and it was addressed immediately—great communication all around.The home was cozy (clean) and had everything we needed to accommodate our family while we were in town for my military son’s wedding. The couches and beds were super comfortable, which made it even better.The only small thing to note is the 40-gallon water heater—when two people showered back-to-back, the third got a slightly cool shower. But once we spaced things out, it worked just fine and everyone had hot showers.Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay again!

Good location and very clean!

The owner was very good at communicating. It's a cute little place to stay near the beach but also close to downtown so you can enjoy both! It was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. I can't speak for the other rooms but the master bed was very comfortable. There is a Dollar General not too far away if you're needing anything. Overall we had a really good stay!

It’s on the smaller side but we were four, two adults, a teen ager and a 10yr old and it was perfect.The property was clean and comfortable! There is a dog park and playground four houses down. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. The price was less than two hotel rooms plus you get the comfort of a full kitchen and living/dining room. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. I recommend for anyone looking for a place to rest your head, save money by cooking your own food, and needing a convenient informal place to convene.

This adorable shotgun house was the perfect vacation home for our family of 6 and our three sweet fur babies. My mom was very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with spices, dishes and various cooking appliances. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The pictures make it look somewhat small but we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. There was plenty of room for us to eat or gather as a family while still having the ability to have our own space to relax in our rooms. The dog bed, bowls and treats were a nice touch. It is beautiful decorated and very clean. This location is hosted by a person who obviously cares about their guests having a relaxing and enjoyable visit.
