Please note that external construction work will be taking place at Harbour Terraces from 06 October 2025 until 30 May 2026, with contractors on-site for repairs, waterproofing, painting, and general exterior maintenance. Work will pause during the builder’s holiday (15 December 2025 – 12 January 2026).

During this time, you may experience some noise and general construction activity around the building. The pool is also out of service during this time.
