Sleep to the sound of the waves in a new remodeled condo

My unit # is B224. It faces south which makes it cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. You will immediately be enchanted by how everything feels fresh and modern. You are one of the first guests to enjoy my completely renovated condo. It has been painted from top to bottom. Handles were added on all the cabinets. Beautiful quartz counters with backsplash really give it a fresh, contemporary appearance. A door was added in the master bedroom for greater privacy. The touch of a professional decorator makes everything come together to make you feel you are at the beach. This is my residence. Everything works. You have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. I cook almost every night. The kitchen is fully equipped. I have a coffee maker and everything you need to make coffee. Blender, toaster, hot water maker.
There is a wagon to carry your beach gear. There are large beach towels, 2 beach chairs, cooler,Tommy Bahama umbrella and beach chairs and boogie board.
There is an oceanview from the balcony and the bedroom. I wake up to the sight of the ocean. The waves lull me to sleep. I leave my window open all summer and have a cool ,refreshing ocean breeze
There are two 55 inch TVs. There is very good internet including Cox Cable and HBO Max. There is a king size bed in the bedroom with a memory foam mattress. The sofa bed converts to a queen bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a large dining table that could seat 6 people. The 2 seats at the kitchen counter can be taken outside to seat 4 people. There is a table and 2 chairs on the balcony.
You are 100 yards from the ocean. Two pools and jacuzzis are short walks away. There is a fantastic gym a 2 minute walk away. Thry put in a sauna, new bathroom and a shower. The complex has a nice putting green. There are pool tables and ping pong tables. You can get equipment from the guard shack. There are great restaurants a 5 minute walk away at the harbor. There are a 100+ restaurant a 10 minute walk away in downtown Oceanside. Walk out on the Oceanside pier. You can fish for free. A new restaurant Is opening at the end of the pier. You can keep yourself entertained by walking from my condo. A 10 minute Drive away is Lego Land. Sea World, the San Diego Zoo , the safari animal park and the entertainment of downtown San Diego are about a 40 minute drive away. Mexico is about an hour drive. Take the Coaster train to downtown San Diego. It goes along the ocean much of the way. Take the trolley from Downtown San Diego to Tijuana.
