Great Location

The beach walk was great but since it was a little chilly, my girls were able to use the pool and hot tub. Everything else in the condo was great.

Perfect for a family

We traveled to oceanside with a big group. Every family booked their own condo. Ours was by far the nicest and had the most amenities (shampoo, beach chairs, tin foil, etc) everything we needed. We would love to stay again!

Awesome place and ammenities.

We had a great time as a family here. The grounds were very beautiful, the pool and hot tube were well used and the unit was perfect for our family. A more detailed welcome package would have been helpful to aid in us get settled after our arrival. It was a great place and we will be recommending it to others who want to visit Oceanside.

We have stayed at the property before, just not this unit. It is great! The lush greenery, ponds and water falls are awesome! Right on the beach! The unit is modern and clean! Has everything you need! We will definitely book here again!

Fantastic Condo to stay in while at Northcoast Village

The property was very clean and just as stated. This is the best 1 bedroom I have stayed in at Northcoast Village. The floor plan is very different and much improved over the older ones which have not had a remodel. It was done with taste and elegance. I would surely book this one again in a minute. The train is no problem and the unit is secluded but a great view of the harbor from the patio.

Awesome Updated Condo

My husband, 2 boys and myself loved our stay! The gift basket and bags for the boys were such a thoughtful touch! We love the location of North Coast Village and have stayed here often and this is one of the cleanest, most updated condos that we have stayed in! Everything we needed was included, we just wished there was more sunshine while we were there (it was super foggy during our 5 day trip and we were only able to enjoy the beach for a couple of days). We did take advantage of the heated pool and jacuzzi and enjoyed the beautiful grounds!

Like a 5-Star resort!

This condo is beautiful and modern and really has everything you need for your stay. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the amenities. The grounds are tropical and have an island feel with lots of trees and plants and waterfalls. Be sure to use the beach chairs and umbrella that are also provided in the condo; the beach is quite nice too. The complex has recycling bins which was important for us. The secured, underground parking with assigned space (near the condo) kept us from having to find a place to park, and there is no fee like at the large hotels.

Everything was ok accept one room got locked out inside 307 no one ever came to help called the office and Portillo they kept telling us to call someone else so we had to resolve issue our selves also no shampoo in number 200 and no laundry detergent could use extra roll of toilet paper

Beautiful updated condo in great location! Great owner!

We have stayed at North Coast Village several times and this is the nicest condo. Beautifully updated with a well-appointed kitchen and high end bathroom updates. Seriously, I wanted to move in! Very nice comfortable beds. We cooked, entertained, and relaxed. Penny was extremely responsive and a perfect owner to work with - from my questions in advance, to the thoughtful welcome basket, to questions while I was there about automatic dish soap (which was brought quickly). I would highly recommend renting this unit. The property is in a great location in Oceanside - right on the beach yet convenient with parking garage too. This unit does not have much of a view (slight view of harbor), but we didn't mind. A couple things that could make our stay better - more bath towels (only 4 were there, a couple extra would have been helpful), and a couple extra beach chairs (only two). Don't think twice, rent this property. I plan to on our next visit!

Lovely unit! We have stayed at NCV the last 5 years and this kitchen/unit was by far the best in the complex! Host was quick to respond to questions prior to the trip and during. Loved the added portable AC unit that kept us cool in the bedroom! Being from Phoenix it’s hard to adjust to the beach humidity, therefore this allowed us to sleep much more comfortably. Bonus was the couch was a sleeper sofa and when the kids wanted their space, one slept out there. Be sure to bring your own toiletries, but this place has everything else needed! We cook a lot of meals and the kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. Will book again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We enjoyed this unit.

We've stayed in this HOA before. It is great for families with easy access to the beach. This unit worked well for two adults and two kids. It was better than I expected with nice updates to the kitchen and living areas - clean and fresh. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Checkin/out is easy, parking onsite is secure, community facilities (laundry, pool, etc) are good for families.

Memorial Week Family trip

This place was great. Even better in person than the pictures. The private beach and property was like our own Hawaiin getaway but better weather. The walkable harbor was a perfect go to. We highly recommend this place and will be back next year.

Along with being well appointed and located on one of America's finest beaches this upscale, comfortable and beautifully remodeled unit will wow you! We know our guests will find this unit very enjoyable and perfect for any little family or couple ready to get away and have some fun.

What makes this property unique

Oceanside Beach is simply the best in Southern California. You can walk on the beach for miles, and there's lots of sand! It's not crowded like many other beaches in So Cal. The town is unique and charming, and new shops and restaurants are springing up every week. You will love swimming in the Olympic size heated pool, and there are great restaurants from casual to gourmet. Our guests love the location because it is between Disneyland, Knott's, and Universal Studios to the north, and Sea World, Wild Animal Park and San Diego Zoo to the south.

We have to say that we know travelers have their pick when it comes to renting at North Coast Village. This unit says "welcome" from the moment you step inside. Besides offering such a beautiful little spot right on the beach I know guests will notice all the little extra touches that we personally deliver with lots of love and care. It's all those little things that go a long way when it comes to bringing guests back again and again.
