It features a large, sun-soaked deck that spans the front of the home, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging with a book. The deck can be accessed via ranch sliders from both the lounge and the master bedroom, and there's a covered patio at the rear of the house for all-weather use.

• Bedroom 2 – 1 Single Bed & 1 King Single Bed

Please note this is a shared family home, so there may be some personal belongings present — a true Kiwi bach experience designed for families to create lasting memories by the lake.
Additional Information:
• Linen: Guests are expected to bring their own linen (sheets, towels, and tea towels) in keeping with Kiwi bach tradition. Alternatively, linen hire is available for $17.25 per person – please select this option when booking or note it in the comments section.
• Wi-Fi: This home does not have Wi-Fi, offering you a great chance to unplug and relax.
• Parking: Off-street parking is available on the driveway for both a car and a boat.
Special Conditions:
This is a peaceful residential area and best suited to families or small groups, not suitable for groups of more than 4 adults - a surcharge applies for more than 4 guests.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
