Peaceful cul-de-sac location with little to no traffic, minutes from all the amenities. Beautifully decorated and updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1950 square foot home with attached garage on a quiet cul-de-sac just off the golf course and 1/2 mile off Highway 434! The house is nestled in the pines with easy access to activities, restaurants, and downtown. Its central location is only 5 minutes drive to the ski hill, hiking, and ziplining, 10 minute walk to the Country Club and golfing, less than 3 minutes drive to town, a 5-7 minute walk to Olympic Family Park and the Angel Fire tennis courts, and minutes away from walking trails. The house was built in 1999 with updates made in 2018! It features a bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The roomy downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a third trundle bed. It is connected to a 3/4 bath. The spacious master and primary guest bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king bed and private bath with a double vanity and a shower/tub with Jacuzzi jets. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a third bathroom within 10 feet. The guest bathroom has a large vanity and shower/tub. The laundry washer and dryer is located upstairs between the bedrooms. A spacious living room with a 25 foot vaulted ceiling, a dining area, and a kitchen make up the rest of the downstairs. The design makes for a perfect flow between all three areas. There are two decks attached to house. The front deck has a dining table and outdoor furniture that can seat guests comfortably. The back deck is equipped with a grill, bistro table and two chairs with six additional adirondack-style chairs.

Wonderful place to stay! Surrounded by trees back and front patios were great! Kitchen had all the things we needed to prepare food! Location was great as well right off the golf course main drag and a hop and skip to the slopes!! We will surely be back!
My family & I really enjoyed our stay at the property for the 5th summer in a row. The location is great, & it has all of the amenities that we need. We like the central location with plenty of hiking available & being fairly close to Taos & Red River. A day trip to Santa Fe is even possible. We hope to come back again for another relaxing vacation.
The home was well stocked and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the visits from deer. First time to this area, it was beautiful with many hiking options. Would stay again.
We enjoyed our stay while coming to Angel Fire to ski. The home is close to the ski lift and offers ample space. It was stocked with everything you could need. We saw deer in the front yard each morning.
The cabin was everything we were looking for. I love the Country Club neighborhood and location near a hiking trail. The jacuzzi tub was a nice plus! Thanks for the hospitality.
We had a great time at this lovely home! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the views were fantastic! Our daughter loved the queen bedroom upstairs, and we had plenty of space in the master bedroom - bathroom was good size with a big closet. We saw all kinds of wildlife - squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, geese, a TON of deer, and we even got to see a bear!!! This home provided the perfect space for us to enjoy our time together as a family. Loved being able to sit on both the front and back porches and to watch the deer. We cooked at the house all but one night, and the location was great - I love that it is off the main road in a small cul-de-sac that was out of the way. Owners were were very responsive and super helpful in accommodating a date change for us. We enjoyed our stay so much!
Access was a breeze, aminities were available upon arrival. Not a far drive to town or the mountain. Deer in the neighborhood were able to be fed by hand with carrots.
We booked this for a family ski trip and everyone was happy with the house we picked. Check-in was simple and location was easy to get to/from the Angel Fire resort parking each day. Enjoyed our stay!
We had an absolute wonderful time. We woke up to deer and turkeys in the yard every morning which our children loved. The neighbors were kind and gave us tips on where to find great places to go and the peacefulness created by this host was just what our family needed. We definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for amazing views and a slice of heaven.
We had a wonderful 3 week visit and loved having this home as our base camp. It's perfectly located within Angel Fire, close to everything, but it still feels secluded on the cul-de-sac. The hardest part about having this rental was leaving!

We loved this house, and depending on how many accompany us for skiing, we will use it again when we return to Angel Fire. The location was ideal—5 minutes to the lifts and town. The house was very clean, had plenty of extra blankets (we’re from south Texas, so we’re not used to the cold), but my favorite part was the kitchen. I cook our meals, and a good kitchen makes a big impression on me. The kitchen was well organized, had good knives, pans, and plenty of dishes. Also, the owner answered the questions I had promptly. Everyone enjoyed the stay and said it warranted an excellent review. Thank you!

We enjoy the size of the house & the amenities. There’s plenty of space for the family to spread out.
We like the proximity to good hiking trails, Taos, Red River, & the Rio Grande Gorge. It checks a lot of boxes for a family getaway with the access to the great outdoors & nice shopping in Taos & Red River.

This is an outstanding rental property in Angel Fire NM. The house was perfect, just as described in the listing. Paul (the owner) was very responsive to all my texts and gave us some terrific suggestions on places to eat. The house was immaculate, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect for everything - golf, skiing, mountain biking, hiking and fishing. Red River is only 25 minutes away if your looking for another great mountain town and something else to do. We absolutely loved this property and the Angel Fire GC area, hope to go back very soon! Easy to connect with the host for any questions prior to booking, before arrival and during the stay. The location is wonderful in the country club golf course with nice views of the fairway. The driveway was level and the hosts had cleared it prior to our arrival. It is very accessible in the winter and we had no problems with our minivan. The house was very well kept and had all the amenities needed. Best of all was a bunk room on the first floor with bathroom and trundle. This fit all the kids perfectly. The upstairs had two very nice suites. Nice windows and views in the culdesac. Plenty of deer, rabbits, birds, and wildlife just walking around the neighborhood.
We had a medical emergency come up and had to cut our visit short. The host were so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back next summer!

We were frequent visitors to Angel Fire prior to buying a property and stayed with friends we fell in love with that and made the decision to move here so that our youngest son could go to high school in Angel fire.
