Great location and we loved the pool & spa!

Central location handy to central Hamilton & Waikato. Pool & spa were fabulous, kept the kids well entertained and great to cool off after being out sightseeing. House was very well equipped with everything we needed, spacious living areas.

Beautiful home

A beautiful Tudor style home in Hamilton with a fantastic kitchen. We weren't able to make use of the hot tub or pool due to weather, but they both looked great. Hosts are wonderful and we had a lovely chat at checkout.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay. The place was clean, tidy and very homely. Loved the selection of books to read. The pool was great and we spent most of our afternoons in it. Definitely would come back again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great location and we love the pool

Second time we have stayed here. We love the pool and the space, it is also well equipped with everything we needed. Very handy to central Hamilton and Hamilton Gardens. This time we went to Hamilton zoo which was only 17 mins drive away. Great place for kids.

Our family Hamilton holiday.

Very lovely house, nice area and central to our needs, we had everything we needed. Had some issues with getting the tv to work but once we worked out to download nztv app we could watch local news.

A beautiful house with loads of space

We had a fantastic time here. So much space for our family and Christina and Rob were extremely helpful letting us stay a bit longer when we had car troubles. The property was perhaps a little more dated than on the photos but it was a beautiful house with a great location for exploring the area. We loved the pool when the sun eventually shone and the notice board was very helpful. Thanks for a great stay :)

Perfect house and location for our trip to Hamilton for the NZSS Clay target champs. Spacious and comfortable for our group of 8. Spa was a bonus for the competitors after long days in the wet weather. We will definitely be keen to rent this house in the future.

Biking the Te Awa trail

This house was ideally suited to biking the Te Awa trail. 3 km from the gardens where we started both days to ride each way. The pool and spa were great after the ride. We intended to eat out, but changed our minds as it wonderful to eat outside. Highly recommended.

Not as expected for price

The house was spacious and had the amenities that were needed. The house was tidy but not clean, when we were tidying up our own mess from the weekend we noticed spots that were dirty. There was also a few cockroaches that popped up in the kitchen over the weekend. Also we were told that there was a tenant in a flat at the back of the property and they used the garage to access this. The way it was explained was it was a singular person however there were about 8 different people walking up and down the drive to enter the property over Friday and Saturday. When we saw more people we reached out to the owner who did respond quickly. Some of those people used the gate to the pool area to access the back of the property. It was also stated that the flat was not visible from the house which was completed false when standing in the kitchen you can see the flat, especially if people are standing outside. And as soon as you go into the pool/spa area the flat is in complete view and they can see you just as easily. It made myself and some of the other guests uncomfortable. For the price paid I was not happy about these issues when they were not explained as accurately as they could be.

Great getaway in Hamilton

Nice large property, heaps of space for 6-8 people. Has everything you need. Hosts were responsive with an issue we had hot water on arrival, and allowed us to check our late. Would definitely stay again.

Always easy

This is our second time staying, really comfortable and easy as always. We had 4 adults and 4 children including one infant, kids loved the spa in the depths of winter (and had a few "cold plunges" in the main pool!), and loved playing on the piano. Lots of rooms in this house to enable two families to stay comfortably and still have their space. Christina and Rob are great to deal with, check-in is smooth, simple, hassle-free. Thank you!

The Perfect Whānau Getaway

We had the most lovely stay over Christmas. The house was very characteristic we LOVED the POOL & SPA the outdoor living area and BBQ as well. The TV lounge was so great to just relax and watch Netflix unwind after swimming all day. The formal lounge was stunning and having the piano was such a treat. The kitchen was a chef’s delight, we whipped up a lot of yummy food. The rooms were nice I loved the master bedroom with the Jacuzzi that was lovely after a long hot day doing thing with my whānau Overall the perfect whānau getaway:-)and awesome host Nā mihi maioha Christina

Hamilton stay

Great location, owners very helpful and responsive. Lots of room for a big group. Pool and spa were great. Only point of improvement would be some heating for upstairs bedrooms otherwise everything else was awesome. Thanks for the stay.

Lovely Hamilton Home

We so enjoyed our stay in Hamilton! Both Christina and Rob were just lovely, and gave us fantastic recommendations on restaurants in the area. The house is charming, clean and centrally located which makes it perfect for day trips. The pool was a huge plus and much appreciated during the hot summer days. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basics, all the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and overall, this was a really great experience. Highly recommended!
