Sanibel Island Vacation Rental, SaniBelle, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, large caged pool with new salt system, private home. This Sanibel Island private home was fully renovated in 2023 with a French touch and is located in Gumbo Limbo surrounded by lush landscaping and on a canal makes this home a private oasis. Private large caged salt system pool with Lanai for relaxing, an outside deck area with a gas grill. Complete with a two car garage with plenty of room to bring or rent bicycles to tour the island like a local and take advantage of SaniBelle's central location. Laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink.
The master suite is located on the second floor and includes a walk-in closet and a newly remodeled master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs has two guest bedrooms with a remodeled guest bathroom. Newly remodeled kitchen, separate lounging/dining area with sliding doors that open to the screened pool area. Living room and a spacious den with sliding doors to the outside grilling area.
