About this property

Lounge to Lake - Water's Edge, Lake Rotorua

The main house has 5 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with a 6th bedroom and 3rd bathroom in a self-contained flat attached to the house.

This was our family home for 15 years and was a fantastic place for our kids to grow up - it was like always being on holiday! With a half acre of land to spread out on, including a 50 metre long sandy beach and huge lawn area for cricket or soccer or whatever, your family will love the environment, the space and the private access to the water's edge.

Situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac away from Rotorua's sulphur smells, our holiday home is close to all the famous Rotorua attractions.

Three excellent golf courses are within a few minutes drive and world-class fly fishing is available at the bottom of the garden, with the famous Ngongotaha stream a 200 metre stroll along the sandy beach.

The local boat ramp is a 1 minute drive away and we have a secure boat park and washdown area inside the property, or you can anchor at the bottom of the garden...

The massive deck offers the best outside living, with BBQ and covered area for wet weather.

The house is very spacious with huge living areas and a separate lounge for the kids, Sky TV, WiFi, etc etc.

This is a family-focused holiday home and kids are totally welcome!

This is a beautiful house with lots of space and lovely views. The Lake location is terrific and we used the kayaks. Is close to town and all the wonderful attractions. The house is clean and well appointed and the owners were extremely helpful and cooperate.

Great place to hang out.

We have stayed at a lot of places and this property and location was the best yet. Lakefront location allowed for swimming, boating and kayaking directly from section and the house and kitchen was well stocked and plenty of outside decking. Also lots of things to do in Rotorua.

Amazing week!

We were an extended family of 13 that came together here for a week for our annual holiday. It was amazing!! Soooo much space, both inside and outside and a truly incredible spot. Lots of free things to do in Rotorua (we had scooters, bikes and kayaks) as well as the obligatory luge rides etc. Greg was great to communicate with and it was a holiday to remember

This holiday house was perfect for our family group of 9.

This holiday house was perfect for our family group of 9. The main living area is large and very comfortable allowing us to spread and do our own thing. The house was very clean and well presented, beautiful artwork all around, the kitchen large with all the modern conveniences cooking for a large group needs. The view of the lake just at the end of the lawn is just beautiful . We had a really relaxed time in this house.

Special find in Rotorua

As a group of friends that get together once a year with our growing families, it is hard to find a house to suit us all but this house was brilliant! The bedrooms are all good sizes with comfortable beds. The kitchen dining and 2 lounge areas were more than enough space with the added extra of the covered deck and huge lawn! Easy communication and would recommend to any large or small group. Many activities to do that are close by. Thank you :)

Family get together.

A great way for us all to come together for our niece's graduation from FENZ training and have a pre Christmas gathering. The large living area that opened to the outdoors was perfect for us.

Great location by the lake and lots of space

We had a very nice stay in the house. Location is ideal, directly on the lake shore, in a very quiet suburb, but not far from Rotorua CBD. The view from the living room and master bedroom is just great! The house itself is very spacious, I especially enjoyed the living room. The kayaks are a nice touch, although we were unfortunately not able to use them much because of bad weather.
